  • Capture a Clear Image or Scan the Proof of Payment: Take a clear photo of your proof of payment document or scan it if you have access to a scanner. Ensure all the relevant details, such as the payment amount, date, and transaction number, are visible and legible.
  • Go to MALAYA BEACH RESORT Facebook Page: Log in to your Facebook account and search for "MALAYA BEACH RESORT" in the Facebook search bar. Click on our official Facebook page to access our profile.
  • Start a New Message: Once you are on our Facebook page, click on the "Message" button to start a new conversation with us via Facebook Messenger.
  • Attach the Proof of Payment: Click on the paperclip or attachment icon (usually located at the bottom of the chat window) to upload a file. Choose the photo of your proof of payment from your device's gallery or file storage.
  • Include Reservation Details (Important): In the message, please include the necessary reservation details, such as the reservation date, name under which the booking was made, and any other relevant information that will help us verify your booking.
  • Send the Message: Double-check to ensure that you have attached the correct image and provided all the required reservation details. Once you are sure, click the "Send" button to submit the message.
  • Wait for Confirmation: After sending the proof of payment, one of our team members will review your message and verify the payment. We will then respond to confirm the successful booking and provide any additional information if necessary.

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Guests must check in at the designated front desk area upon arrival. Check-in time 2PM . Check-out time is 11AM. Late check-outs may be subject to availability with additional charges.
  • Restaurant: We have an in house restaurant the serves Filipino comfort food, pasta, sandwich and waffles. We also serve coffee, shakes, refreshers and cocktails. It's open every weekday from 7am-10pm and for weekend from 7am-12midnight. Restaurant operating hours may change without prior notice.
  • Bringing or cooking food is allowed but with corkage of 1,000 pesos per day. No common kitchen, no kitchen utensils . Eating inside the Balai is prohibited. You are allowed to bring portable butane gas. We can provide a griller.
  • Beer corkage, 500 per case. Hard liquor, 500 per bottle.
  • Maximum Occupancy: Each room or accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the specified limit.
  • Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM-6am for weekdays and 12midnight - 6am for weekends. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
  • Pool Safety: Guests should adhere to safety guidelines and any specific rules regarding pool and beach usage, such as no diving, appropriate swimwear, and respectful behavior towards other guests. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and dining spaces. Designated smoking areas will be provided.
  • Cleanliness and Damages: Guests are expected to keep their accommodations and public areas clean and tidy. Any damages caused by guests will be the responsibility of the person making the reservation. Slippers are not allowed inside the villas.
  • Pet Policy: Our beach resort has a "no pets allowed" policy to prioritize the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all guests while minimizing property damage risks
  • No free parking at the resort. Please be informed that we do not have a parking but El Zamba Villas have a designated pay parking that is 2-3 minutes away from the resort near the beach with guard on duty. Pay is 100 per vehicle per night. 
  • Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.
  • Guests' Visitors: Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms without prior authorization. Visitors must register at the front desk and comply with all resort policies.
  • Respect for Others: Guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff members, and resort property with respect and courtesy. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others will not be tolerated.
  • Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities, including the possession or use of illegal substances, will be reported to the authorities.

Reservation Process:
  • To make a reservation, you must fill out the guest information and accommodation information.
  • At least one (1) valid identification.
  • The down payment must be settled immediately after making a reservation, to secure the reservation

  • To guarantee the reservation, a 50% down payment is required to secure the date. The remaining 50% must be paid upon check-in.
Modification Policy:
  • Modifications to the reservation are subject to availability.
             Rebooking made 15 days prior to arrival will be free of charge
             Rebooking made 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount.
             Rebooking made 5 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount.
  • For any events beyond the reasonable control not limited to “Acts of God”, including, earthquake, typhoon, and the likes, will not be charged for any rebooking.
  • REBOOKING IS ALLOWED STRICTLY ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL BOOKING AND PRICE MAY VARY.
  • No refund for cancellation.
  • Strictly no refund for no show.
  • Bookings are transferable but not refundable.
  • Please note if we do not receive any confirmation of your arrival before 5:00p.m. booking will considered as no show.

  • The resort accepts bank transfer, gcash and cash payments.
  • Additional charges for services, amenities, or damages may be applied during the stay.

  • Security deposit of Php 2,000.00 (must be in cash) is required upon check-in. Refundable upon check-out.
