Property and Cancelation Policies :
- To make a reservation, you must fill out the guest information and accommodation information.
- At least one (1) valid identification.
- The down payment must be settled immediately after making a reservation, to secure the reservation
- To guarantee the reservation, a 50% down payment is required to secure the date. The remaining 50% must be paid upon check-in.
- Modifications to the reservation are subject to availability.
Rebooking made 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount.
Rebooking made 5 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount.
- For any events beyond the reasonable control not limited to “Acts of God”, including, earthquake, typhoon, and the likes of, will not be charged for any rebooking.
- STRICTLY ONCE REBOOKING WITHIN 3 MONTHS AND PRICE MAY VARY.
- No refund for cancellation.
- Strictly no refund for no show.
- Bookings are transferable but not refundable.
- The resort accepts bank transfer, gcash and cash payments.
- Additional charges for services, amenities, or damages may be applied during the stay.
- Security deposit of Php 2000.00 is required upon check-in. Refundable upon check-out.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse service or entry to guests who violate its policies or behave in a disruptive manner.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort's property during their stay.
- The resort may not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest's stay.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-In/Check-Out: Guests must check in at the designated front desk area upon arrival. Check in time 2 PM . Check-out time is 11am. Late check-outs may be subject to availability with additional charges.
- Bringing or cooking food is allowed but with corkage of 500 pesos per day. No common kitchen, no kitchen utensils . Eating inside the Balai is prohibited. You are allowed to bring portable butane gas. We can provide a griller.
- Beer corkage, 500 per case. Hard liquor, 500 per bottle.
- Maximum Occupancy: Each room or accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the specified limit.
- Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM-6am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
- Pool Safety: Guests should adhere to safety guidelines and any specific rules regarding pool and beach usage, such as no diving, appropriate swimwear, and respectful behavior towards other guests. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and dining spaces. Designated smoking areas will be provided.
- Cleanliness and Damages: Guests are expected to keep their accommodations and public areas clean and tidy. Any damages caused by guests will be the responsibility of the person making the reservation. Slippers are not allowed inside the villas.
- Pet Policy: Our beach resort has a "no pets allowed" policy to prioritize the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all guests while minimizing property damage risks
- Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.
- Guests' Visitors: Non-registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms without prior authorization. Visitors must register at the front desk and comply with all resort policies.
- Respect for Others: Guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff members, and resort property with respect and courtesy. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others will not be tolerated.
- Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities, including the possession or use of illegal substances, will be reported to the authorities.
