PRONTO APARTMENTS – Terms & Conditions
- On arrival, all guests are required to pay anIncidental Deposit of $500.00; complete a Registration Form; sign Ts&Cs(this doc); provide Photo ID & provide names of additional guests.Management reserves the right to withhold any unpaid monies from your Deposit.
- Children are to be supervised always – running incarpark, walkways and stairs is prohibited.
- Accommodation must be paid for prior to check-in orprior to the expiry of previous payment if staying longer. Failure to pay ontime means you must hand keys to the Office by 10am check-out the followingday.
- Pronto Apartments is a short-stay accredited touristaccommodation provider; guests may choose to stay on for medium-longer term onthe same basis as upon arrival. Maximum stay is 3 months; however, rebooking ispossible on a first offer basis: after 12 weeks you re-register, we check theapartment and do any maintenance.
- No visitors after 10.30pm – noise is to be kept to a minimumand we reserve the right to ask people to depart the premises at any time. Youare responsible for your guest’s behaviour. Music & instruments are to beplayed quietly during the day only.
- Visitors are to park in the Visitors Bays at the frontof the building. The management bears no responsibility for any vehicles eitherguest or visitor. Pronto provides GuestParking for licensed, operational vehicles.
- If cigarette smoke, incense, or open flame candle ofany kind (including tea-lights) is detected, this will result in instant lossof Incidental Deposit.
- Strictly no pets or animals of any kind – breach willresult in immediate end of stay and loss of Deposit.
- On departure, Appts are to be left as found (exceptlinen): cleaning costs beyond 2-hours will be deducted from Incidental Deposit@ $50.00 per hour (ask staff if need guidance).
- After 4 weeks there is anapartment check and Units are to be as on arrival – ask staff if need guidance.Management will notify in writing & provide a Report (serious deficiencieswill result in the end of stay). Anydamage is to be repaired by Pronto Management with costs deducted from yourIncidental Deposit (deposit will need to be replenished to $500.00 by nextpayment date).
- If for any reason you are suspected of part-taking inany form of illegal activity, you will be asked to depart the premiseseffective immediately.
- We have zero tolerance for anti-social behaviour orfor those who are disrespectful to others and their right to live in a safe andpeaceful environment. Breaches will result in immediate end of your stay.
- Failure to adhere to these rules or reasonablestandards will result in the end of your stay and departure by 10am thefollowing morning. The Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time without reason.
