Property and Cancelation Policies :
Labrador Villa allows free cancellation 72 hours before your check-in date. Any cancellation made within 72 hours prior to arrival will be subjected to 100% of total room charges. In case of any No-Show, shortened stay or early departure after check-in, there shall be no reimbursement or refund allowed.

BOOKING POLICIES
Age and ID Requirement Policy
Guest must be 18 years and older to check in. For security purposes, a valid photo identification is required at check-in.
Extra Bed Policy
Rollaway beds are subject to additional fees. Only certain rooms can accommodate an extra rollaway bed. All are subject to availability upon booking.
Occupancy Policy
The standard occupancy for all rooms is either single or double occupancy.
However, as the Hotel is a heritage building, certain rooms within the same category are uniquely configured. These rooms allow a maximum occupancy of 3 adults, (with an extra rollaway bed subject to additional fees and availability upon booking).
No-child Policy
The property only welcomes guests who are 16 years of age or older.

Early Check-In Policy
The standard check-in time is 3:00pm. Unless confirmed, early check-ins are subject to availability on day of arrival and additional fees may apply. To guarantee an early check-in, a reservation for the previous night must be made.
Late Check-Out Policy
Late checkouts after 12:00pm are subject to an additional fee and availability. A late checkout after 6:00pm is subject to an additional charge of 100% of the daily room rate and availability.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay.
GENERAL POLICIES
Alcohol Policy
Any sale of alcohol is restricted to those 18 years and older. A valid identification may be requested for proof of age.
Smoking Policy
The Hotel has a strict no-smoking policy. Cleaning fees apply for guests found smoking in their rooms or suites. Please speak with our team for designated smoking areas.
Pet Policy
Pets are strictly not permitted in the property.
Party Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, parties are not permitted in the rooms. The Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest creating excessive noise or causing a disturbance to the Hotel and other guests.
Parking Policy
Parking is complimentary for hotel guests at designated carpark.
Valuables
You are advised not to bring expensive jewellery, precious goods or excessive amounts of cash onto the Hotel premises and you do so at your own risk. Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely and not left unattended. Safety deposit boxes are available for your use. To the extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any property brought onto the Hotel premises. In the event that we are found to be liable for any such loss or damage, we shall not be liable for such loss and damage to an amount exceeding the statutory limitation available under the applicable local laws and regulations.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Rates Policy
Rates quoted by the Hotel are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to a 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Payment Types
The Hotel accepts all major credit cards.
Currency Fluctuations
Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in the processing of payments are not within the control of the Hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
