Pring Guesthouse is a backpackers' hostel, not a regular hotel or bed and breakfast.
The price shown in the reservation is the full price, including taxes. This amount will be due on arrival and may be paid by cash, credit or debit. Partial or delayed payments will not be allowed.
Check in will be no earlier than 2pm on the day of arrival. Arrivals later than 12 midnight will not be allowed unless arranged in advance. Check out will be no later than 12 noon on the day following the final night booked. If a guest stays longer than 12 noon without having been granted a late check-out, a further charge of one day will be added to the guest's provided credit card.
Your room will be held until 9am on the morning after your day of arrival. If you do not show up for your check-in, you will be charged for one day, including taxes, and your reservation will be marked as a no-show. The rest of your stay will be void.
Any children must be under the supervision of the adult with whom they are travelling.
Unfortunately, due to the age of the property, we are unable to offer accessible rooms. We will do everything we can to cater to any needs or requirements you have, but these may not always be possible.
We have two parking spots on site (accessed from Cannon Street), which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also street parking on Mary Street. Guests should observe all local driving and parking laws.
A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged for damage caused by guests smoking or otherwise damaging the building, and that guest will be required to leave. Any tampering with security or fire alarm systems will be reported to local police. Vandalism, violent behaviour and abuse of staff or other guests will absolutely not be tolerated and will result in the guest being removed from the property.
Ontario Innkeepers Act4.(1): Pring Guesthouse is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Lockers are available in shared rooms to store valuables. We reserve the right to expel guests who are verbally or physically threatening to staff or guests, or who engage in illegal activity. Consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances must be moderate and responsible, and smoking must be outside only.
Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 8 am.
Personal information will not be shared by PGH with any third party unless specifically permitted by the guest.
