In keeping with the natural beauty of our own unique little piece of paradise, all accommodations are constructed in the traditional, native style (woven-bamboo walls, split-bamboo flooring, and Cogon Grass or Nipa Palm roofing) from the finest locally-available materials.

From our roomy beachfront and hillside chalets to our stately Lambingan Villa, each accommodation is well ventilated and includes mosquito-netted windows, spacious western-styled bathroom facilities, ceiling fans, ample lighting, and 220-volt electrical outlets.

Deposit by credit card option: Email link from TAB, the secure online payment platform, will be sent.

Deposit by bank transfer option: Email with transfer instructions and options will be sent.

Payment Deadline: Deposit required within 5 days, or booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation more than 30 Days Before Arrival: Full deposit refund, minus 1,000 PHP per person.

Cancellation Less than 30 Days to Arrival/No-Show: The deposit for the first night is non-refundable. Any bank deposit amount exceeding the cost of the first night is refundable, with deductions for the first night's cost and any applicable bank charges.

Postponing Your Trip: Deposit retained for future booking, subject to availability.

Modifications: Contact us promptly for changes or cancellations.
