This first construction began in 1882 and the opening of the facility took place in 1883 or 1884.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- In case canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will not charge.
- In case canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival, the hotel requires 30% of the total invoice amount.
- In case canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel requires 50% of the total invoice amount.
- In case canceled or modified later or a no-show, the hotel requires 100% of the total invoice amount.
Terms and Conditions
As a hotel guest, you are entitled to the Anniviers Liberté Pass with 50% discount to the Ski lifts. This pass can be collected either at the hotel on the day of your arrival, or at the St-Luc tourist office. You just need to present this booking confirmation to the Tourist Office to be able to get the sesame. 1 night with us entitles you to 1 day of the Anniviers Liberty Pass. If you want to take the funicular with 50% discount on the day of your arrival, do not hesitate to collect your pass directly from the Tourist Office. If you only need it on the 2nd day, collect it directly from the Hotel Weisshorn.
In summer, accessto the Hotel Weisshorn is mainly on foot. We recommend taking the funicularfrom St-Luc and starting the hike from Tignousa station (2178m). The walkfollows the path of the Planets to Chalet Blanc (2179m) then Le Chiesso (2198m)located just under the mountain of Toûno. From there, the climb becomes steeperand ends at the magnificent viewpoint overlooking the hotel, the Anniviersvalley. If you wish to come from St-Luc, you can also access by the Prilet(duration approximately 1h45).
Some information forreservations in the winter season: access to the hotelin winter can be done either on foot with good shoes, on snowshoes or after aday of skiing in ratrac.
LUGGAGE TRANSFER (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING THE WINTER SEASON)
Upon reservation, we gladly transport your luggage from the station Tignousa to our hotel located at 2337m high. Luggages must be dropped off by 13:30 at the departure station of the St-Luc. All luggages dropped off later than 13:30 won’t be taken in charge on the same day. we kindly ask you to drop off your luggage with a "Weisshorn" label. The staff of the funicular will show you the space reserved for the deposit of your luggages dedicated to the hotel Weisshorn.The luggage transfer service is not available during the summer season.YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL
Getting to the Weisshorn hotel is your responsibility. The hotel is reachable on foot and in winter also with snowshoes or seal skins. A transfer is only offered by the hotel in winter.HOTEL GUESTS – SHUTTLE RATRAC (SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE ONLY DURING THE WINTER SEASON)
Upon reservation, the Weisshorn hotel offers a ratrac shuttle service . At 16:00, hotel guests are picked up at the Chalet Blanc du Tounô - Chiesso - 2198 m is located at the intersection of the Pas-de-Boeuf / Le Prilet piste and the Chemin des Planètes.We would like to point out that the luggage transport at 13:30 and the ratrac shuttle at 16:00 are free services for all our guests. If for some reason these times are not respected by you and we have to provide special transport at a different time, we will be forced to charge you for the trip. We also specify that these additional transports cannot be guaranteed.
ONLINE BOOKING
Booking a room online is extremely simple: first of all, check the room availability by selecting the desired date and the number of nights planned. Then select the type of room you want and confirm your reservation by filling your personal data and your credit card number, mentioning the expiration date.ADDITIONAL BED
The reservation of an additional bed is only possible in one of our 4 superior rooms. Due to lack of space we can not offer this service in our standard double rooms or our single rooms.CREDIT CARD
Providing a valid credit card number is the prerequisite for a final reservation. Your credit card is indeed the guarantee of your reservation. Any incorrect data of the credit card automatically entails the nullity of the reservation, even after confirmation. On-site, we accept the Postcard, the EC-Maestro and all creditcards, except American Express.DOGS
Dogs are allowed in rooms (in winter and summer) for a cost of 10.-CHF per night. However, during the evening meal, he must stay in his room because dogs are not allowed in the restaurant during evening service.
