Late Check-out Fees: $75.00

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
30% deposit refunded if canceled before 14 days from check in date.
Any cancellation on the 14th day or later will result in charge of 1st night per room. 
No show: Results in 1st night charged in full for each room.
Full first night charge is the remaining difference between deposit and cost of 1st night per room.
No refunds will be given after check-in.

September 16th through April 30th 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm local time

2. CHECK-OUT Check out is at  11:00 am.
Late Check - Out

NOT available May 15th through September 15th
Until 1:00 pm local time is an additional $75.00  

3. ROOM KEYS. You will be provided with a door code via the email provided when making your reservation.  Physical keys are also available upon request. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a replacement fee of $100 per lost/unreturned key. 

4. NO SMOKING. This is a non-smoking property. This includes all indoor/outdoor public spaces, residences and private balconies. Smoking on the premises will incur a $250 fine per incident. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

5. APPLIANCES should only be used for their intended purpose.

6. HOUSEKEEPING. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. Please inform the front desk if you would like towels, toiletries, or trash removedHousekeepers will not replenish towels, toiletries, or remove trash unless asked to do soHousekeepers will not enter your room once you have checked in.

7. PETS. ONLY small dogs 40 lbs. and under
Requires a $75.00 pet fee PER DOG payable upon arrival

We DO NOT allow cats or any other pets other than dogs. 

Please be considerate of other guests and be a responsible pet parent while on property leashes or carriers are required Guests must pick up after their petsA $200 fee per incident  will be issued if pet waste is not cleaned up by the owners In fairness to all guests please do not walk dogs behind the back building.Pets are not allowed to be unattended.Pets are required to be on a leash at all times when outside or in common guest areas.

8. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

9. ALL PERSONAL ITEMS left behind at check - out will be disposed of.Casa Del Mar and it’s staff are not responsible for items left behind

10. DAMAGE/EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEEWe reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning; the replacement/repair cost will be charged to your security deposit on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

11.  AGE RESTRICTIONS. Guests must be 25 years or older with valid ID to make a reservation.  An adult 25 years or older MUST be in each room reserved at all times. Anyone under 25 years old is not permitted to be in any room unsupervised. 

12. PARKING. Every room receives 1 parking space for the length of their stay. Parking is available upon check in and vehicle must be removed upon check out. Any vehicle left on the property after check-out will be towed at the owner's expense. 

13. EXTRA BEDS are subject to availability and require an additional fee of $50.00 payable upon arrival. Limit of 1 extra bed per room. Not available in the Penthouse. We do NOT allow

14. BEACH PASSES are included in your reservation from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
Limited to hotel guests only
Passes must be signed out in the cafe with a valid credit card 
Lost or unreturned passes will be subject to a $150.00 replacement fee PER lost/unreturned badge

15.

30% deposit refunded if canceled 14 days prior to check in date 

Any cancellation after 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit.
No show: Loss of deposit or  first night charged in full per each room
No refunds will be given after check-in.
