4. NO SMOKING. This is a non-smoking property. This includes all indoor/outdoor public spaces, residences and private balconies. Smoking on the premises will incur a $250 fine per incident. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
5. APPLIANCES should only be used for their intended purpose.
6. HOUSEKEEPING. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. Please inform the front desk if you would like towels, toiletries, or trash removedHousekeepers will not replenish towels, toiletries, or remove trash unless asked to do soHousekeepers will not enter your room once you have checked in.
7. PETS. ONLY small dogs 40 lbs. and under

8. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
9. ALL PERSONAL ITEMS left behind at check - out will be disposed of.Casa Del Mar and it’s staff are not responsible for items left behind
10. DAMAGE/EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEEWe reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning; the replacement/repair cost will be charged to your security deposit on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
11. AGE RESTRICTIONS. Guests must be 25 years or older with valid ID to make a reservation. An adult 25 years or older MUST be in each room reserved at all times. Anyone under 25 years old is not permitted to be in any room unsupervised.
12. PARKING. Every room receives 1 parking space for the length of their stay. Parking is available upon check in and vehicle must be removed upon check out. Any vehicle left on the property after check-out will be towed at the owner's expense.
13. EXTRA BEDS are subject to availability and require an additional fee of $50.00 payable upon arrival. Limit of 1 extra bed per room. Not available in the Penthouse. We do NOT allow

14. BEACH PASSES are included in your reservation from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
