Terms and Conditions
Reception - Reception is open from 8am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 5pm, 7 days per week.
Check-in - Check-in time is 2:00PM. For all arrivals after 5pm, we will leave a welcome note for you at reception with instructions on how to access your room.
Check-out - All guests must vacate their room by 11:00AM on their date of departure. Departure after this time may incur additional charges.
Clean Atmosphere Policy - In accordance with Australian law, our properties have a strict non-smoking/ non- vaping policy. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere in our buildings which is monitored by cctv 24 hours. Please smoke in outside areas only and use the ashtrays provided. If you choose to ignore this policy we have a minimum $250 charge, plus additional costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition.
Damages + Incidentals - Chimes Spa Retreat reserves the right to request guests depart the property whom display a lack of care, damage or disrupt the general atmosphere, guest experience and business reputation during their stay. This includes but is not limited to smoking in house, in room breakages, drug/ alcohol consumption, property damages and/ or in causing unreasonable disruption to other guests. All room amenities, including robes and iKOU hair, skin and body products is for use while staying at Chimes Spa Retreat. Any room amenities removed from the room upon check-out will be charged to the guests. All room amenities are available for sale at Reception.
Access - Chimes Spa Retreat is a child-free environment. All guests must be 16 years or older. Only persons registered with the hotel are permitted to access the hotel and rooms, we do not accept visitors. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest.
Personal Items - We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property includes any personal effects and motor vehicles.
Group Reservations of 3 rooms or more - We require a 25% deposit at the time of the booking to hold the rooms. This will be taken at time of booking confirmation.
A further 50% is required 30 days prior to arrival. The balance of 25% is payable 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled after the first payment and before the 2nd payment a 10% cancellation fee applies. If the booking is cancelled after the 2nd payment the 25% initial deposit is non-refundable. After the final payment is made there are to be no changes or refunds. We are happy to work with guests on minor booking modifications prior to 7 days before the arrival date, availability dependent and in line with cancellation terms.
