Late check-out (after 12:00 and before 19:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the 30% prepayment is non-refundable.
- if the guest cancels less than 8 days in advance there payment will be non- refundable but can make 1 date change if desired
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are not refunded
- In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: reservaciones@sanfelipemarina.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.
- in case of natural disaster no reservation will be refunded
- special dates like Baja 250,baja 1000, Norra 4th of July and Mexican and American holidays are non refundable
- we have a $400.00 pesos Pet fee per pet per stay
