Property and Cancellation Policies :
Wanderstay Houston has a 72-hour ( 3 day) cancellation policy. Guests who cancel 72 hours (3 days) BEFORE their check-in date will not be charged for any nights.
Guests who cancel AFTER the 72 hour window will be charged for the first night of their stay only and the remainder of their reservation will be cancelled and refunded. Upon check-in, there are no refunds. Cancellations accepted by EMAIL ONLY to "Reservations.Houston@WanderstayHotels.com"
GROUP RESERVATIONS:(4 PEOPLE OR MORE)
Groups of 4 or more and full room rentals (i.e. If you book the entire Wanderstay Room, Diversity Room, Beyonce Dorm or Houston Sports Team Room) we have a 14-day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled 14 days before the date of check will incur a 25% non-refundable fee. (Hey, we are taking our awesome beds off the market just for you and need to know you won't leave us hanging!) Reservations cancelled after the 14 day window will be charged the full rental amount. FULL FACILITY RENTALS (YOU BOOK EVERY SINGLE ROOM):
For full facility rentals, we charge a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 21 days before your check-in date. Once you pay the remaining balance, if you should have to cancel, as long as you let us know 14 days in advance you may have 50% of your total balance refunded. Terms and Conditions
Overnight guests must be 18+. If traveling in a group, identification and a registration form will be required from each traveler at check in.
Check in is between 3pm-11pm. If you arrive in Houston earlier, we will be happy to hold onto your luggage until check-in time. If you are planning to arrive after 11pm, please give us a call or email the day before your reservation to arrange your check- in.
Check out is at 11am. We ask that all guests be out of their rooms (with their belongings) before 11am in order to prepare the room for our next round of adventure-seekers! If need be we will happily hold your bags. At check out, return your sheets,pillowcase, towel and washcloth to the front desk to avoid charges for lost items. If your items are not returned, charges to cover the cost of replacing the items may be incurred.
14 days is the maximum length of stay. Requests for longer stays will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We LOVE groups. We can accommodate groups up to 27 people. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed, except in designated outdoor areas.
No personal sleeping bags, blankets, or pillows allowed!!
At the time of your reservation, a 25% deposit will be processed. We reserve the right to charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at any time after the reservation is made. If the card is invalid or if the card is declined we will reasonably attempt to contact the guest to remedy the situation. If the situation cannot be corrected the reservation will be released/cancelled.
Damage to or Loss of Property
Guests are responsible for damage or loss they cause to the property. All damaged property will be assessed and charged to parties responsible. Wanderstay Houston does not assume responsibility for any guest's belongings before, during, and after your stay.
We have t-shirts, toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes, and postcards available for sale.
Street Parking is available and free. There are 4 gated parking spots available for an additional $5 per night on first come, first served basis (payment for parking spots can be made during check-in). We encourage biking, walking, and public transit for getting around. We do have bikes available for rental on a first come first served basis.
Sheets, pillow, and blanket on a pre-made bed, and a towel and washcloth are provided to each guest. Long stays will receive a sheet change mid-way through their visit.
Before you visit, there are a few things to point out:
No non-registered guests in rooms. We offer public space for meeting up with old friends & connecting to new ones – don’t bring any guests into rooms. Non registered guests must leave the property by 11pm !
No food or drink in bedrooms. We have an awesome kitchen available for you to cook and eat in as well as storage for snacks while you aren’t enjoying them. Out of respect for your fellow travelers, and to keep pests at bay, please don’t eat or drink in your room.
This agreement releases Wanderstay Hotels, LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur in the course of my stay at Wanderstay Houston. By signing a registration form, I agree to hold Wanderstay Houston entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. By signing a registration form, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Wanderstay Hotels, LLC for any reason. I will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
