Accommodation with Minors:
Staying with minors is only allowed in the company of their parents or legal guardians.
Rates for Children:
Children aged 6 to 12, inclusive, must pay 50% of the total accommodation cost.
Rates for Teens:
From the age of 13 and above, considered adults, the full amount of the stay must be paid.
Drug Prohibition:
The consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited both within the hotel premises and its surroundings.
Accessibility in Tortuguero:
Due to the characteristics of the Tortuguero area, where there are no paved or concrete roads, there is no wheelchair access to the hotel.
Charge for Lost Towels:
In case of towel loss, a fee of $20 will be applied for each towel.
Charge for Lost Keys:
The loss of keys will result in a $10 charge.
Weather Conditions:
Given our location prone to adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to request guests to reschedule or cancel reservations due to climatic conditions.
