Sessions Retreat & Hotel requires a copy of your credit card to cover any incidentals and/or damages caused by you or your guests to your room. For all payments made by credit card, Sessions Retreat & Hotel is authorized to charge your account for the total amount due. The undersigned guest acknowledges all charges are personal indebtedness. A $250 charge will be assessed for any smoking in rooms (there is NO smoking allowed in any of our rooms, please don't do this!). Check-out is at 11 a.m., and a late check-out fee of $25 applies up until 1 p.m. based on availability. An Early Departure fee of $50 is applied only on multi-night reservations. A pet fee of $20 per day is non-refundable, you must have a reservation for a pet-friendly room. A $25 charge will be applied for non-returned keys. Sessions Retreat is not responsible for any damages to personal property occurring in the parking lot.
