This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: 30%
Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the arrival date: free of charge.
- Amendment more than 48 hours prior to the arrival date: free of charge.
- Amendment to change the guest’s information such as name, nationality, etc.: free of charge.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival date and no-shows: one night room fee on the Room Rate on the booking will be charged.
- Amendment to postpone the arrival date less than 48 hours prior to the original arrival date: one night room fee on the booking will be charged.
- No-show: one night room fee on the Room Rate on the booking will be charged. The booking will be cancelled without noticing.
For Non-refundable Bookings, if the Guest cancels the booking or in case of a No-Show, the full amount of the booking fee will be charged. The Check-in and Check-out dates cannot be modified. The Guest information such as the name, phone number, and etc can be modified without any charge.
For bookings made through OTAs, the Guest should cancel or amend the Booking with OTAs. The hotel will not accept any cancellation or amendment request unless there is a cancellation or amendment document from the OTAs.
If the Guest made the Booking through the hotel website or directly in person, the Guest can send a cancellation or amendment request via email or contact the hotel directly to inquire for a cancellation or amendment.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to the hotel agreements between the Guest and the Hotel, as well as to all the services and the use of facilities provided by Daylight Inn, its affiliates, and the Guest.
1. Bookings and Reservation. The Guest can make bookings via the hotel website, in person at the hotel front desk, and the OTAs (online travel agency / online booking websites) or their affiliates that have contractual relationship with the hotel.
- All reservations must be guaranteed through credit card, at the hotel front desk, or through bank deposit at least two (2) days before reservation date through a deposit equivalent to one day stay. All reservations without deposit will be treated as a first come first serve basis during arrival date.
- The Guest will be asked to complete the payment upon the check in.
- A property deposit of PHP 200.00 in cash is required upon check in. It will be fully refunded upon check-out as long as the Guest has not caused any inventory loss or damage to the hotel property.
- Extension until 1:00pm - 30% of room rate
- Extension until 4:00pm - 50% of room rate
- Check out after 4:00pm is considered 1 night stay
3. Identification. All guests must be registered. Locals are required to present a valid government ID while foreigners are required to present their passports. Unregistered guests are not allowed to access guest rooms. In case of non-compliance, a fine equivalent to the room / bed rate will be charged accordingly.
4. Age Restrictions. Minors (18 years and below) are not allowed to check in without parents supervision. Any fraud Booking made by a person under the age of 18 will be declined immediately by the hotel once it is found out.
5. Group Bookings. We highly encourage guests to contact the hotel directly for detailed information if the Guest wishes to make any Group Booking. Different Terms & Conditions may be applied to Group Bookings.
6. Fees and Payments.
- The Guest is obligated to make the payment according to the booking fees and payment terms quoted on the booking. In the event that the guest made a credit card guaranteed reservation or has paid a deposit, the Guest shall complete the full payment when check in.
- The Hostel accepts the payment in cash, G-Cash, Maya, credit card, and online bank transfers.
- Additional Charges (ie. Breakfast, tours, taxi service, late checking out, damaged items, etc) may be incurred during the stay of the Guest. The Guest will be informed of the amount of the Additional Charges by the front desk. Unless otherwise agreed by the hotel, the Room Rates will only cover the use of the accommodation in the hotel, and the Guest will be asked to pay separately for the Additional Charges upon the request.
8. The Hotel is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by the guest themselves. The Guest shall confirm having insurance that protects against possible accidents during your stay in the hotel.
9. House Rules
- Only the Hotel Guests are allowed to enter the rooms and use the facilities. Visitors are not allowed to stay with any Guest in any room.
- Our social areas are there for guests to hang out and have a good time. When heading to the room, please remember to respect your neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum in the hallway corridors.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building. It is only allowed in the designated smoking areas. Smoking inside the room will be fined up to 10,000 PHP.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the Guest during their stay. The Guest may be charged accordingly the cost for repairing, cleaning or replacing any lost or damaged inventory or facility.
- Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner during the duration of their stay. Any guest who does not act accordingly will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund issued, if the Guest is found to be:
- rude and noise that badly disturbs other people
- drunk and violent
- disrespectful for others’ culture or religion
- stealing valuables from other
- using other’s identity or invalid identification document such as fake ID card, foreign passport with an expired visa
- playing dangerous substances or risking lives of your own and others
- using drugs and involving prostitution
- ignorant with the policy and regulations of the hotel
Daylight Inn reserves the right to remove or amend the content in the Terms and Conditions for improving the product and service at any time without prior notice. The Guest’s rights as a consumer is always under consumer protection legislation and shall not be affected by these Conditions.
