If plans changes and you are not able to keep your reservation outside of our cancellation dates below, an ABI gift certificate will be issued in lieu of a refund. If the cancellation is within 7 days, the entire payment is non-refundable.– Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged for one night, or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater. – “No-shows” and early check-outs will be charged the full amount of the reservation.– Group reservations (3 or more rooms) require email and credit card information for each room booked. Credit card charges will be applied for the group reservations one month in advance (or at the time of the reservation if made closer than one month in advance). For children under 2 years old, a “pack & play” crib is available for an additional $15, in the Braeburn Cottage or McIntosh Room. Please call for crib availability.
Taxes are 7.1%*, and will be added to all rates shown above (significantly lower than the 11% taxes charged by motels!) *subject to change along with government increase/decrease. While we accept one-night reservations most of the year, certain holidays and peak weekends may require a 2-night minimum stay. Please call for details.

Do all of your guest rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes. Each of our guest accommodations has its own private ensuite bathroom.
Do you accept credit cards or personal checks?
Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as travelers cheques and cash. Please be reminded to bring along the credit card and ID you have reserved your room with. We will accept personal checks if they are received at least 2 weeks prior to your stay. Your personal check must be cleared with our bank at least 7 days prior to your stay. Your credit card will be charged the morning of your arrival. If you plan to use a gift certificate, cash, or a different credit card for your visit, please let us know the day before you arrive. This process is to avoid any unnecessary contact with credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?

What are your Check-In and Check-Out times?
Check-In is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We kindly ask that you specify your arrival time within one hour so we are able to plan appropriately.
Check-Out is by 11:00 AM.
Other times must be pre-arranged with the innkeepers.
Do you allow children?
Yes. We are a family-friendly inn that welcomes children of all ages in the Braeburn Cottage and the McIntosh Room.
For the enjoyment of all of our guests, parents are expected to supervise their children at all times.
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets. Many guests that stay with us at the Apple Bin Inn have allergies or may not enjoy themselves with pets on the property. With this in mind, we have decided to no longer accept pets effective 01JAN2020. As required by law, we do accept certified Service Animals. Certification must be presented prior to guest arrival. We are not able to accept Emotional Support Animals at this time. Under Title III of the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and virtually all state laws, a service animal is an animal that has been trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. … The ADA provides no protection for emotional support animals in public accommodations. What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the main house, Empire Room Balcony, Braeburn Cottage, or McIntosh Room.
Outdoor smoking is permitted in the designated area of the garden and parking areas.
If you choose to ignore this policy, you will be charged a $350 cleaning fee or $750 cleaning fee for the Braeburn Cottage, and the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled.
Do you have wireless Internet access?
Yes. Free Wifi Internet access is available throughout the inn for your computer or mobile device. Please be aware the password is changed frequently.
Is parking available?
Yes. We have plenty of free, off-street, lighted parking here at the inn. (If you’re traveling with a trailer or motor home, please call to discuss space availability.)
Can you accommodate special diets?
We will accommodate most special dietary needs. Just let us know your requirements in the special requests section when you make your reservation. Also, please tell us of any food allergies or sensitivities you have, so we are able to avoid using those ingredients in your breakfasts. We have options for an intimate breakfast in your room, private table in the dining room, or skip breakfast.

We have a large assortment of local brochures, magazines, books, and other information about area attractions, restaurants, shopping, and all of the other activities that make Pennsylvania Dutch Country famous!
