Rochester Hotel General Terms &Conditions          The following describes our general terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with us by direct bookings either over the phone, in person, through email, via our website, Facebook, or arranged by 3rd parties. For questions, please contact Management either by emailing rochesterhotelpa@gmail.com or by phone (724) 708-8147. 1.    Check-in & Check outs.    There will not be a 24 hour Front Desk Concierge.    Check in minimum age is 21 years old.     Check-in time starts at 2pm but can be subject to change depending on each guests personal situation and under discretion of management.    Walk-ins are welcome until 8pm.    Check-out time is 11am unless you ask the Concierge at Front Desk for a late checkout which is 1pm. This varies on availability and how many early arrivals we are expecting that day on the Arrivals list. We will do our best to accommodate to the best of our ability but sometimes some things are just impossible to make happen, but at that point the guest will be directed to management in hopes of finding a solution. 2.    Personal Identification/Payment Types.    Government issued photo identification (expired ones will not count) and a credit card are required at time of check-in for incidental charges. The ID must match the name of the credit card of whomever is paying for the room, otherwise a credit card authorization form will need to be filled out and kept on file with the guests registration card..    Rochester Hotel accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, and Master Card 3.    Pet Policy.    Pets are not allowed.    Service animals are allowed with no fee. . .4.    Guarantee Policy/Cancellations.      Cancellation Deadline – 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. If you do not arrive at the hotel and do not cancel your reservation in this time allotment of 24 hours before Check-In, your credit card will be charged 1 nights stay plus applicable taxes. If reservation falls on any of the major holidays and we are close to full occupancy, it is at the management and owners discretion but anywhere from 1night to the full stays cost plus taxes could be charged as a cancellation fee. 5.    Early Departures.    No fee for early departures future funds are under management discretion, if guest was to leave earlier than the reservation departure date and had an extended stay contract for either a week or a month. Then the remainder of the stay would not be refunded..    Absolutely NO refunds on 3rdparty reservations, a guest may only go to the website they booked the stay a tour hotel with to handle this.6.    Debit Card/Credit Card Authorization Practice.    Using a debit or credit card to secure hotel reservations may result in an authorization hold on your bank funds in excess of the room rental amount plus tax. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning the hotels debit card authorization practice. The hotel is not responsible for the length of the hold on your card and that would have to be taken up with your financial institution.7.    Taxes and Service Charges.    Taxes and service charges may change from the time a reservation is booked with us until the date of the actual stay at The Rochester Hotel. The total price is an estimate at time of booking.8.    General.    Extra person charges may apply at a10% fee per night on the base rate you were given at time of booking..    Free inclusions include Complimentary High Speed WIFI, and Housekeeping at no charge of the guest..     Children 17 years of age and under stay free when occupying the parent or guardians room, using existing bedding They must be with a parent or guardian and the room cannot be in their name as the registered guest..    Special requests are subject to availability but we will do our very best to accommodate to the best of durability as long as they are viable and readily available.
