The Inn at Fox Briar Farm welcomes guests into our fully renovated 18th-century stone farmhouse. Located in the heart of Bucks County, this three-story bed & breakfast is tucked away on 50 acres of preserved farmland. The private residence features eight guest bedrooms, each king or queen with en suite full baths, four common rooms on the main floor with wood-burning fireplaces, a library that opens onto a bluestone terrace and garden lawn, a full chef's kitchen, and breakfast room with adjoining terrace.
Outside, rolling hills offer sweeping views across our three ponds, restored barn and event venue, newly planted apple orchard, and the Inn itself.
Enjoy a five-minute walk to neighboring Peddler’s Village or meander through our path-lined woods while observing the variety of wildlife including ospreys, belted kingfishers, blue and green herons, mallards, deer, and foxes. Bald eagles and beavers also visit on occasion.
We invite you to gather and stay with us. Whether it be for the most special occasion, your wedding day, a baby shower, or simply to get away for a night or two. If canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival. your stay is fully refundable.
If canceled within 14 days of arrival, 50% of total charge is refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Smoking Policy: The Inn at Fox Briar Farm is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $500.00 room cleaning fee.
Arrival & Departure: Check-In: 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Check-Out: 11:00 am
If you are arriving early, after hours, or would like the luxury of a late departure, just let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge.
Quiet Hours: As a courtesy to fellow guests we observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is received at least 14 days before scheduled arrival. On shorter notice deposits will be refunded if cancelled space is resold without loss to The Inn at Fox Briar Farm.
Excess Cleaning: Any excessive cleaning required (due to vomit, fecal matter, spills on carpet, and/or upholstered furniture) in any of the guest or public rooms will be charged for repair and/or replacement.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages they incur on Inn property.
Age Restrictions: Children ages 12 and above are welcome to stay in the Inn (to seek an exception please contact the Inn)
Occupancy: Our standard rates are for two guests. If you are traveling with additional adults or children (ages 12-16) additional charges will apply to an appropriate room at the rate of $75.00 per night.
Children are not to be left in the Inn alone without the express permission of management.
