Our receipt of your reservation confirms your stay. You have guaranteed the reservation with your credit card, and it will be charged 100% of your stay upon check in. The hotel is obliged to offer a room to a guest until 11:00 p.m. on the arrival date. If the guest has not cancelled the booking or arrived before this time, the hotel may cancel the entire booking without contacting the guest without issuing a refund. When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy. If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or other third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party and Hotel 27 has no liability for any acts or omissions of such party including their observance of your data protection rights.
Rate is based on double occupancy (2 occupants), additional adult guests are $15 per person per night, if the room can accommodate extra person(s). This fee will be added upon arrival. Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room. Children under 16 are free. We do not guarantee specific rooms, only room type, with the exception of our ADA accessible rooms.
Credit Card Authorization:
A $75 authorization will be placed on your credit card account to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through the date of your check-out. Such hold may not be released for 5 business days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
Minor Children:
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or over at all times and shall not be left unattended on the hotel property at any time during their stay.
Parking:
If you have a vehicle, we offer free on-site parking. Parking is first come-first served, and Hotel 27 does not guarantee a space on our lot. Parking is at your own risk, and Hotel 27 and employees cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Service Animals:
Owner is responsible for any damages that may occur. Animals are not to be left alone and must always be on a leash when on property.
Pet Policy:
Pets are strictly prohibited on any part of Hotel 27’s property. There is a fine of $200 per night per pet found to be or have been on our property.
Smoking Policy: Smoking of any substance, including e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the property of Hotel 27, in the Courtyard, or within 20 feet of the entrance. There is a minimum $300 fine for smoking in or on our property.
Entertainment at Hotel 27:
Entertainment is available some evenings in the Courtyard. Please check our Facebook page for upcoming events.
The following is our registration for your stay. Your full payment of your stay will indicate your acceptance to all of our policies. Should your credit card details change, you agree to provide a valid credit card the day of arrival to charge the balance due.
Additional Policies: Guest is responsible for a minimum of $300.00 for special cleaning, lost keys(s) and lost business due to smoking in guest rooms or any indoor space. Guest(s) assume responsibility for all charges (even those not yet posted) relating to their stay. Hotel 27 is not responsible for lost or stolen property, or any damages / losses associated with parking. All room nights are to be paid in advance. No refunds will be issued for early departure, or in the event of eviction due to guest misconduct such as having a party in the room. Night minimums may be in place for specific events and are at the discretion of the hotel. Hotel 27 is not responsible for any injury which occurs on our premises. We reserve the right to bill up to one room night for late check-outs. Hotel 27 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. You consent to Hotel 27 using your personal information on Cloudbeds in relation to your use of accommodation services with your stay, you agree to receive information from us with regards to reviews, etc.
