SAFARI TENTS: Each reservation for a Safari Tent includes a space for 2 - 4 people maximum, depending on which tent you reserve.

CHECK-IN: begins at at 4pm Central time. Once you arrive, head into the Lodge Front Desk to receive your keys and directions for parking.
CHECK-OUT: must be completed by 11am Central Time. To check out, simply lock your door and drop your keys back off at the front desk. We will bill your card on file for any incidentals. Late Check-Outs up to 1pm may be available upon approval by Management and subject to a $50 fee.
CAN I BRING MY DOG? Rancho Moonrise welcomes all well-behaved dogs with their owners for an additional fee of $75.00. Dogs must be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time. There is a 1 dog maximum per site, with an 60 lb maximum weight. Please note that not all accommodations are pet friendly.
LOST ROOM KEYS: There is a $250 fee for lost room keys not returned to the Front Desk.
