Terms and Conditions
- Check in at 2pm, and check out at 11am. 30 minutes overstay will be a charge of an extra night.
- To the guests of the dorms a set of keys will be given with a deposit of $100 pesos. ·
- Cleaning of the room takes place between 9am and 1pm, if the room is not available in this timespan no cleaning will be done.·
- Any damage at the hostel property will result in a charge between $1000-$5000.·
- Towels in the room are for room use only. Towels will be replaced once a week for long-term stays. If you require a clean towel earlier, please leave the towel on the floor where the cleaner can see it and it will be replaced. ·
- Please, do not flush the toilet paper. There’s a bin provided.·
- Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the rooms with a penalty charge of $3000.·
- No drugs or narcotics are allowed in the hostel, violations will be reported to the authorities and the reservation will be canceled without any reimbursement. ·
- Please, if you are not using the fan, turn them off. The hostel staff will enter in your room to turn them off in case you let them on.·
- Any change to the reservation has to be reported 48hrs in advance.
- No refunds in high season.·
- Netted bags are provided for your personal use to combat the use of plastic ones. Please, do not take these bags home with you. If you are interested in purchasing one, please let us know in reception.·
- The breakfast is NOT included on the day of your arrival, if you wish to take it $50 pesos will be charged.·
- Please, respect other guests and keep the noise down. Silence hour is on at 11:00pm.·
- The hostel is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen items. Lockers are available in the dorms and reception area to keep your items of value safe.·
- Do not take what isn’t yours.If you find something, please report to the receptionist. ·
- The hostel is not responsible for accidents of any kind inside the property.
