- Check-in: 15:00 hours
- Check-out: 12:00 hours
- Arrival to Tadom Hill Resorts ("THR") after 22:00 shall be considered as late arrival. Kindly notify us at least one (1) day in advance if you will be arriving on or after 22:00 so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you to check-in to the resort. Tadom Hill Resorts shall not be liable for check-in after 22:00 hours if no prior arrangement was made.
- Late check-out is chargeable and subject to availability
- The above rates are subject to a 6% Sales and Services Tax.
- The above rates include the Day Pass which provides complimentary access to Tadom Hill Resort's recreational area and access to selected activities that are included in the Day Pass. The said complimentary access is valid from 15:00 hours (Check-in time) to 12:00 hours (Check-out time).
- Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours after the payment has been successfully processed.
- A refundable cash security deposit of RM100 will be collected upon check-in.
- There shall be no reimbursement for any NO SHOWS, SHORTENED LENGTH OF STAYS or EARLY DEPARTURES. Full payment shall apply according to the dates that the reservation was made.
- Tadom Hill Resorts has a strict no cancellation and no refund policy under any circumstances. - You are not allowed to bring the following into Tadom Hill Resorts:
- pets (except for guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs);
- personal portable BBQ pits, any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes;
- catering of food;
- firearms, any item that could be used as a weapon, firework; and
- hard liquor; illicit substances or drugs within or around the vicinity of THR will be removed or refused entry and referred to the police
- Tadom Hill Resorts reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found at THR immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action or for any loss or damage caused to THR, premises or property or to any THR guests or third party as a result of your failure to comply with THR's policy.
