Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, by 4pm local hotel time, or forfeit your 50% deposit.
EXCEPTION: December 20, 2019 - January 11, 2020 and December 18, 2020 - January 9, 2021, you must cancel 14 days prior to arrival, by 4pm local hotel time, or forfeit your 50% deposit.

Must be 21 or older to book a room and check in. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
Guarantee Policy:
Reservation must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be canceled 4:00 PM PDT 7 days prior to arrival (unless otherwise noted on confirmation) to avoid a cancellation penalty of 50%. Promotional rates may be non-refundable,depending on the specific promotion. No-shows will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
Pet Policy:
We have several rooms that are pet-friendly. We charge $25 per night for each pet under 25 lbs. When we say “pet” we really mean “dog,” but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we'll try to make it work. Limit two pets per room.

No refunds or credits for early departure or late check-ins.
Advisory:
Be advised that mountain road conditions vary throughout the year. During the winter season, you may be required by law to be in possession of snow chains and required to use them at certain times. Please check San Bernardino Mountain Road conditions prior to your departure for details. There are no refunds for road closures, and there are three roads up the mountain.
Parking:
Parking is restricted to 1 vehicle per room reservation.
Smoking:
We are a non-smoking facility and do not allow smoking or vaping in our rooms or cabins. By reserving a room or cabin you are acknowledging our cancellation policy.
Incidentals:
Upon arrival, your card will be charged the remaining balance of all nights room and tax. Hotel will also hold $50 per night for incidentals.
Cleaning Fees:
Some cabins require a $75 per stay cleaning fee.
