By booking a room at the Village Green Motel, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Guest check in time 3:00 Pm- You must present a valid ID and an active credit card at the time of check-in you must be 21 or older to check in .Local Id is not valid for check-in and you will be refused check in. The name on the ID and the credit card must match the name on the reservation.- All adults staying in the room must be registered at the front desk. - If you leave early, refunds will be based on the re rental of the room. If the room is not re rented, you will be charged for one nights rent. - You must vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of check-out. Late check-out may incur additional fees.- You must have an off-Cape address to book a room at the Village Green Motel. We do not accept reservations from local residents.- You must display the parking pass provided by the motel on your vehicle mirror. The parking pass will expire at 11 am on the day of check-out. Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.-Management will not be responsible for anything left in the room.- You are responsible for any damages or caused by you or your guests to the room or the motel property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas. You will be charged a $100 cleaning fee if you smoke in the room. If payment is by credit card you are authorized to charge my account for all charges on my folio including the $100.00 cleaning fee if I smoke in the room. -Pets are not allowed
-The Village Green Motel reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation at any time without prior notice. The motel also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any unlawful or disruptive behavior-DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS IN THE POOL UNATTENDED.
