We want to make sure your stay with us is enjoyable and stress-free, so we have a few guidelines we'd like to share with you. Check-in time is between 2 pm and 5 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. We only cater to adults, so unfortunately we're not set up for babies or children.
When you book your room, you agree to take responsibility for any damages or expenses incurred during your stay. We'll ask for a nominated credit card as a backup, which we'll use only if necessary (like if you lose your room key or cause damage to the property). We'll always let you know before we charge anything.
We take the safety of our guests seriously, so we have a few rules to keep everyone happy. No smoking is allowed inside or outside, and we don't allow pets. Please also be mindful of noise levels and other guests' comfort. We'll give you a warning if we receive a complaint, but if the behavior continues, we'll have to ask you to leave without a refund.Finally, we're not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings, so be sure to keep your room locked when you're not there.
And while we'll do our best to fix any issues that come up, we can't offer refunds for things like power outages or broken appliances.If you notice anything out of the ordinary or have any questions, don't hesitate to let us know.
