Budget Inn Albany, OR is conveniently located right off of I−5, less than a mile from Linn County Expo Center and Timber Linn Memorial Park.

A minutes' walk to the closest bus stop and 1.5 miles from the Amtrak station.

Next to the Willamette River and peaceful Wavery Lake.

Large grocery stores are a minutes' drive away. Many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We offer clean rooms at budget-friendly pricing, usually at the best rate in town. However, we require a $100 refundable deposit per room. Deposit must be placed on a card, we can no longer accept cash deposits.

All of our rooms are non-smoking only.

Check in after 4pm. Check out before 10am.

Rooms are independently heated / air conditioned. The bathrooms have bathtubs. All rooms have a larger mini-fridge with a separate freezer, as well as a microwave.

Enjoy our free Comcast WIFI and TV channels.

At this time we do not have on-site laundry. Queen & Hill Laundromat and Crossroads Laundromat are a half mile away.

Parking is ground level. Entry to all rooms include 5 steps up or 5 steps down. We do not have ADA rooms, but are happy to try our best to accommodate canes and wheelchairs through the back entrance. Ramps on either side of the building give access to the lower-level rooms.

All rooms exit to either a balcony or back patio. Enjoy our large sliding glass windows, gazebo, and picnic tables.

We value your privacy and provide housekeeping only upon request.

Truck parking in limited, please call for availability.

Pets are not included in the booking cost, but are very welcome.

Reservations that are not checked in on the reservation date will be cancelled unless notified of late arrival.
