Narrawallee, Farm HAUS has everything you need for the perfect South

While we very much look forward to seeing you, we get it sometimes plans change. If you need to change your plans, here's our cancellation policy.
o 21+ days before your visit, 50% of booking fee refunded
o 14 days before your visit, 25% of booking fee refunded
o 13 days before of your visit no refund available (we're sorry).

Housekeeping
We do want you to feel at home when you visit, so just a few notes so we're all on the same page.
We appreciate you would like your privacy, so we'll offer you a light clean refresh + towels every 3 days. If you would prefer we just drop off fresh linen, just let us know.
We hope you enjoy the simple pleasure of walking around the property, in particular our kitchen garden. We passionately grow our produce and pick daily to ensure growth cycles are maintained for our visitors. If you would like to enjoy the fruits (and vegies) of our labour let us know and we can organise a kitchen garden larder box for you.
We love fur family and pets, but unfortunately we're unable to accept pets at this property.
We also love our neighbours and community, please show them respect and adhere to noise restrictions in place between 10pm-8am.
If you want to have a party, there's lots of great venues we can suggest in the area....Farm HAUS is not suitable for large groups of people.
There's a strict no smoking policy.
