Terms and Conditions
The room rates are not fixed. We use dynamic pricing as per the occupancy levels and seasons. The prices are clearly visible to the guests prior to making the bookings. Please note the prices of the confirmed bookings would not be affected, if our system changes( increase/decrease) the room rates after your booking is made.
GST applicable for room rates upto 7500 is 12%.
GST applicable for room rates above 7500 is 18%.
Bookings are confirmed only after the payment of at least 50% of the total amount. Bookings cancelled within free cancellation period will not incur any cancellation charges or penalties. Cancellation charges for bookings within 3 days of arrival date will be equal to the first night charges. All the refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation.
