1. Check in time after 2:00 pm and Check out time by 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability and fee applies.
2. The full booking is non-refundable once guest has checked in.
3. By providing valid credit card details you warrant that we have the authority to use the credit card and you authorize Lithgow Parkside Motor Inn to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation,no show penalties, extra cleaning or any damage to motel property.
4. All Rooms are Non-Smoking, a fee of $200.00 will be charged against your credit card if you smoke in the room
5. All pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms,with the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs. A fine of $200.00 applies to Guests who are discovered with unreported pets, Guest will be also asked to leave without a refund.
6. Zero Tolerance Party Policy.
7. Late Check in is available. Late check out also available @10 dollar per hour. Any Damage made by guest to our property will charge to the guest.
