This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Deposit Policy: First night's rent is due at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are fully nonrefundable. Early departures or no shows will still be chargeable at their full rate. 

All rates are subject to state and local taxes — All rates are subject to change without notice. 

Smoking Policy: The Boulder Adventure Lodge is a non-smoking hotel in all rooms. Any guest who smokes in their room will be charged a cleaning fee of $500. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas of the property.

Loss of Key: A $25.00 fee will be charged for loss of keys

Pet Policy: We love dogs at the A-Lodge and encourage you to bring your furry friends. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats to stay with us. We do not charge a nightly fee for bringing your dog(s). Please clean up after your pets immediately. Dogs must be attended to at all times and cannot be left alone in the room. Damage and clean up costs will be assessed by management. 

Company Cancellation due to Inclement Weather: Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless the company deems the conditions make the stay unsafe. You acknowledge that A-Lodge reserves the right to cancel your stay at any time, including once you are checked in, due to dangerous weather, or other conditions, solely at our discretion. In the unusual case of a company cancellation due to inclement weather cancellation, guest will be charged no more than first night's rate. 

Rentals longer than 28 days do not create a landlord tenant relationship. You remain a motel guest. Thus, you may be told to leave at any time at the sole discretion of the management.

Any violations of law, criminal behavior and/or the disruption of peace and quiet as determined by management, may result in immediate rental termination and removal from the property. Choice of law will be Colorado.
