Terms and Conditions

No-Shows:

If the guest does not check in or contact the desk and make arrangements for a late arrival by the time check in ends at 11 PM they will be charged a fee equal to the 1st night's stay (per room) and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.

Prepayment:

A credit/debit card in the guest's name must be provided for the booking.

Payment equal to the first night stay (per room) will be charged up to 3 days prior to check-in.

Website special will charge the first night immediately and it is nonrefundable

If the card is declined or if it is not in the guest's name, the guest will be notified to provide updated payment information.

If this is not provided promptly, the reservation may be cancelled without further notice.

Check In:

Check-in begins at 3pm and ends at 11pm.
Arrivals expected after 11pm must notify the hotel of their late arrival to avoid No-Show fees and cancellation.

The guest named on the reservation must present a credit/debit card and ID in their name to check-in.

The card provided at check-in will be used to pay for any remaining balance, deposits, or fees.

Damage Deposit:
A $200 charge or authorization on the guest's card is required at check-in for damages/incidentals. The deposit is returned or voided (less any damages or fees) after check out once the room is cleared by housekeeping.

Check-out:

Check out ends at 11 AM. (A late check-out of Noon may be available for a $20 fee. Check with the Front Desk for availability.)

Pets:

Dogs (max 2 per room) are welcome with a $25 per night surcharge. Please declare your dog at or before check in.
