Terms and Conditions
Cancellation: If you need cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund.
Housekeeping: A member of our staff will refresh your room daily, including straightening the bed and the collecting trash.
Robes: We provide a custom robe for our guests to enjoy during their stay. These robes can be purchased for $125. If a robe is taken, the customer will be charged accordingly.
Pets: Guests staying with a pet must be pre approved, please reach out prior to booking your room. Excessive barking or other unruly behavior may result in a guest being asked to leave without refund.
Special Cleaning Requirements: If a guest creates a biohazard by vomiting, etc during their stay, the guest must immediately report it to our staff so that the matter can be dealt with. An additional $100 may be added to the rental rate. If the incident is concealed or not promptly reported, an additional $250 may be added.
Smoking: The Middleton Hotel is a smoke free (inside and outside) facility. If a room has been smoked in, the guest will be charged up to a $500 cleaning fee.
Items Left Behind: Please contact the hotel if you feel you left items behind. We will ship your lost items to you within 7 to 10 days of your stay. Shipping cost will be charged to your credit card on file. The Middleton Hotel is not responsible for items left and not claimed beyond 30 days of your stay and will donate items not claimed to local charities when applicable.
