Property Information

Highly acclaimed Cupitt’s Estate is located on the NSW South Coast, tucked between the rolling green hills of historic Milton and famous Mollymook Beach. It boasts an award-winning restaurant, boutique winery, brewery and luxury accommodation.

Overlooking the eucalypt tree line and grazing cattle, are our architecturally designed, free-standing Villas. Each one bedroom Villa features bespoke, luxury furnishings and curated artworks from Gallery Alchemy. Cupitt's Estate is the perfect place to escape, recharge and reconnect. Just minutes from famous Mollymook Beach, it is your gateway to everything the stunning South Coast has to offer.

There are 10 one-bedroom Estate Villas, of which 4 feature a double-size Outdoor Bath for ultimate relaxation.

We also offer an Estate Villa which is certified Fully Accessible - designed to accommodate wheelchair access. There is no bath option available in this Villa.

All Villas have King beds and a Double sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children under 12 years). Additional charge applies.

Please note that our Restaurant is open for lunch 7 days a week. Dinner reservations are Thursday to Saturday only. (In-villa dining available Sunday and Monday evenings but must be booked in by 5pm the Friday prior)

Property and Cancelation Policies :

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
- A 50% prepayment is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining 50% and additional add-ons will be charged 24 hours prior to your arrival.
- A 1.5% processing fee applies to all transactions
- Should you decide to cancel, a $50 cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled outside 14 days of your arrival..
- If you decide to cancel/modify your booking within 14 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit amount.
- All cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Any minibar purchases will be charged upon check-out to the credit card provided.
- A fee of $10 will also be charged for lost access cards.

Terms and Conditions

Check-in and check-out

Our check-in time is between 3.00-5.00pm. Please let us know by 12.00pm the morning of your arrival if you plan to arrive after 5.00pm, so that we may make late check in arrangements for you.
Check-out time is 10.00am.
Upon arrival, please check-in at the Reception Cottage, approximately 100 metres from the front gate on your left. Our Reception Cottage is open 9.00am - 5.00pm every day.
Any requests for check-in and check-outs outside these times must be received at least 48 hours prior and are subject to availability.

Your accommodation

The property, located at 58 Washburton Road Ulladulla NSW 2539, is rented to you for holiday purposes only during the specified period on your confirmation.
The guest is responsible for any breakage, damage or theft from the property.
If your accommodation is left excessively dirty, including evidence of smoking, fees may apply to cover the cost of cleaning or repair starting from $200 minimum.
If you breach the conditions of your booking, we reserve the right to terminate your tenancy immediately without refund.

Noise/Disturbance

Parties are not permitted at the accommodation. Evidence of a party will result in termination of accommodation without refund.
Please respect other guests and neighbours. Noise restrictions are in place from 10pm - 8am.
Please avoid walking through gardens or on the grass in front of Villa balconies, as some Villas have private outdoor baths. Please respect the privacy of other guests.

Occupancy

The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the accommodation is as per your booking and must not exceed 4 persons. Any additional guests will violate the Terms and Conditions of your Tenancy.

Safety & security

You are responsible for your safety and the safety of your guests. Additionally, you are responsible for all the possessions you or your guests bring to the property.
We, as owners of this property, do not take responsibility for theft or loss of any tenants’ property.
Please supervise children at all times.
No additional guests or visitors are allowed without prior consent from Cupitt's Estate Management.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the provided rubbish bins, not in gardens or on lawns. Smoking indoors or on the balconies will incur a $200 cleaning fee.

Pets

While service animals are permitted, no other pets are allowed in your accommodation.
