With a diversity of rooms overlooking the garden, all self-contained with lodge-style mosquito nets and a private terrace, we offer outstanding quality at affordable prices. We also have stunning canvas tents that are fully-equipped and have everything guests need for a fantastic glamping experience.
From freshly made smoothies and local beers to some good old Ugandan coffee: our beloved bar has it all. On our menu you will always find fresh and healthy food, spiced with world flavours and a Belgian touch. Our kitchen stays open for late arrivals until midnight and starts serving breakfast from 7am. If you’re lucky, you can share your breakfast with the resident monkeys playing in the trees while you’re relaxing on our outside terrace or in one of our hammocks.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Kindly contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust your booking. A reservation which is cancelled, reduced in length of stay or in numbers is subject to our cancellation fees:
- Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival will not be subject to any additional charges, and the full payment can be forwarded to your next booking with us.
- Cancellations made within 28 to 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival or in case of no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Terms and Conditions
Airport transfers:
- ViaVia can help organizing your airport transfer. Kindly fill in your flight details specifying airport drop off or airport pick up when making your booking and we will contact you to confirm your airport transfer.
- The taxi driver will be waiting for you with a red ViaVia sign just outside the airport building.
- The cost of the airport transfer will be 10 USD for 1 to 3 people.
- Kindly make sure to book for the previous night for flights arriving after midnight so you can check in directly upon arrival instead of waiting for the check in time of 2:00PM.

Kindly note that the amount indicated on your booking should be the net amount received and that all transfer costs should be covered by the client. Any shortfall will be advised and can be settled upon check in.
- Children under 5 years are accommodated free of charge if sharing a suitable room with their parents but will be charged for breakfast consumed.
- Food & drinks from outside are not allowed in ViaVia's public areas (bar, restaurant, pool & reception).
- Guests are not allowed to use speakers in their rooms, terrace or anywhere in ViaVia for the comfort of other guests, we take a great effort in keeping a quiet & peaceful environment.
- Bookings totaling 3 nights or more, made 28 days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival, require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable not later than 28 days before arrival.
- For bookings totaling 3 nights or more, made within 28 days of the scheduled date of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking, unless agreed differently and in writing.
- Please note that late payments may result in the release of reserved rooms.
- Prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Rates are quoted in USD - payments can be deposited to ViaVia's bank account before your stay, through the online payment link or paid in cash/credit card upon arrival, in USD (bills dated from 2009 onwards that are in excellent condition - crisp, clean, no tears, no markings), Ugandan Shillings or Euro (cash only) at the prevailing exchange rate.
- When making payments to the bank account, you are requested to include the booking number and to provide the proof of payment (POP). This ensures proper identification and accurate allocation of payments to the respective bookings.
- Kindly note that the amount indicated on your booking should be the net amount received and that all transfer costs should be covered by the client. International bank transfers come with an extra charge of 16 USD which will be added to the invoice.
- In the event of changes, please provide updated details as soon as possible to ensure smooth processing and accurate reservations.
- ViaVia reserves the right to cancel bookings when there is no communication about the booking.
