Goa Cottages in Agonda was set up on arguably the most beautiful beachfront property in Agonda Beach in 2019, where it replaced well-known and famous Agonda White Sand! Goa Cottages Agonda is situated in the quieter and more serene northern part of Agonda Beach.
Goa Cottages has opened its doors in November 2019, and there are a total of 12 cottages on offer, all of which do have at least a partial sea view - and are certainly amongst the best accommodation in Agonda. The cottages are placed in a semi-circular pattern, which, in combination with a new and smarter garden landscaping has created an amazing garden- and seaview combination for each and any of our cottages and gives a feeling of vastness while retaining the coziness and privacy known to and valued by the loyal past guests of Agonda White Sand. In our relaxed and tranquil Goa Cottages restaurant & bar, which is second to none in terms of ambience, with its tables placed in the shade of our beautiful, youngish beachfront coconut trees and amidst a tropical garden, excellent and authentic Indian cuisine as well as European food and beverages are going to be on offer and Agonda White Sand repeat guests are almost certainly going to see a couple of familiar faces, as many of the most likeable, pleasant and skilled staff members of the past years had chosen to stay with us in the past and coming season(s).

If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please let us know at the earliest.
The deposit of 50% that we request is non-refundable, because by reserving the room for you we may have to turn away other potential guests.
If not, we are sorry but you will lose the deposit.
If you do not turn up and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room until check-out time the following morning.
You will not receive a refund of your deposit.

No booking can be accepted as finalized without the payment of a deposit of 50% of the booking amount.
For people from outside of India we usually request that the deposit is paid via PayPal or Transferwise.
If you are resident of India you can pay directly into our Bank account by bank transfer, or by UPI, GooglePay etc. – We will send you the details once you have made your reservation VIA EMAIL. The balance of the room payment is due on arrival at the resort.
The balance can be paid in Indian Rupees (cash), we also accept most foreign currencies (cash), credit cards (for payment when with us, please ask us before any payment for any related charges, which are normally between 2-3% to cover the card handling costs). You can also withdraw cash from a local ATM.
We are happy to accept the remainder owed when you are here in part payments and we will provide receipts.
We will email you confirmation of your deposit payment and your reservation details.
It is your responsibility to check the confirmation for accurate dates, room types and amounts and advise us of any inaccuracies or omissions.
Although our cottages only have a couple of steps, because of the surrounding sand they can be difficult to access for people with limited mobility. That said, with your permission we are willing and happy to assist under your direction. There are a spectrum of needs, so please feel welcome to discuss with us any assistance or information you may need.
We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control. Such as and may include an act of God, act of man, act of parliament, and other impersonal events or occurrences. The before said, we have integrity and will endeavour to provide you with the services mentioned and hopefully exceed your expectations.
We will not knowingly give your personal information to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotional and resort related information.
