CANCELLATION POLICY
  
Reservations at The Plantation Inn must be cancelled by 3:00 pm, 48 hours prior to the arrival date of your reservation to avoid being charged . If you wish to cancel your reservation after this allotted time, for a 1 night booking a 30% charge will be due as well as a $35 charge per room cancelled. Reservations of 2 or more nights will be subject to a charge of 30% of the full amount of the reservation plus $35 per room cancelled. No call and/or no show rooms will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

GROUP BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
  
Reservations of six or more rooms or nights must be cancelled by 3pm, seven days prior to original reservations first nights check in to avoid charge. If you wish to cancel your reservation after the allotted time, a fee of 30% of the full amount plus $35.00 per room cancelled will be charged. Cancellation policy and all service charges will apply.

Reservation Deposit
  
To secure a room reservation with Plantation Inn a valid credit card number will be required to be kept on file and a deposit of the first night stay plus taxes and fees will be charged. No reservations will be made without valid credit card. Prices and special offers are subject to change without notice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
  
Reservations at The Plantation Inn must be cancelled by 3:00 pm,48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty. If you wish to cancel your reservation after this allotted time has expired, a 1-night penalty will be applied as well as $35.00 per room and night cancelled. No call and/or no show rooms will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

If you wish to cancel your reservation after the allotted time has expired, a fee of one (1) night plus $35.00 per room cancelled, for every (2) nights cancelled will be charged. GUEST ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Plantation Inn Check In Desk is Located inside the Old Plantation Restaurant @ 140 East Lake Drive Medicine Park, OK 73557

Check-in time 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.  If arrival will be later than 9pm, guest is responsible for contacting Inn 12 hours prior to arrival via telephone or email to make alternate check in arrangements. Check-out – 11 a.m No Exceptions. Early check-ins subject to availability none before 1:00 pm . Guests are required to be 21 years of age with legal identification to check-in. When Departing PLEASE LEAVE KEY IN ROOM.

KEYS AND KEY CHAINS

Keys and key chains not returned will be subject to a $50 charge to the credit card on file. Key Chains are available for purchase at The Old Plantation Restaurant.

GUEST CAPACITY
  
Room prices are based off of two adults. Each additional person over twelve (12) years of age there is a $10.00 charge per person.

DAMAGES TO ROOM
   
Guests checking in to the Plantation Inn assume all responsibility for damaged and missing items. Should theft, damage, or destruction occur, the credit card on file will be charged accordingly for replacement, repair, or additional cleaning required.

SMOKING POLICY
   
The Plantation Inn and our Cabins are proud that each of our guest rooms are Smoke-Free. We kindly ask that you help keep our Smoke-Free rooms just that. Guests found to be smoking in rooms will be charged without notice up to $150.00 per room, per day of stay for additional cleaning.

PETS
 
Pets of any kind are not permitted at the Plantation Inn or Cabins. Failure to abide will result in up to an additional $150.00 charge per room, per night  for additional cleaning.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
   
Plantation Inn aims to accommodate guests with disabilities. The Inn features one (1) wheelchair accessible guest room with a walk-in shower.  Should you require special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can assure that your visit is hassle-free and memorable.

Free Wireless Internet Access at the Plantation Inn Only, the cabins are not always able to pick it up.

Parking Policy

Plantation Inn parking capacity allows for one vehicle per room. Guests parking during events must register the vehicle tag number with the front desk at check in. In addition, vehicle must have a visible valid parking permit in front windshield.
