Property and Cancellation Policies :
Amendments to your booking are accepted (subject to availability) up to 4 weeks prior to arrival and will incur an amendment fee of $50. For amendments made within 4 weeks of arrival, the cancellation policy applies.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, in writing, are eligible to receive a full refund of the deposit paid, less $50 per person. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will receive no refund or credit on any funds already paid.Refunds will not be given if guests are unable to arrive on the day of booking commencement, including for reasons relating to transport difficulties or weather conditions.

PLEASE NOTE Chalet Sonnenhof is a fully licensed venue, so NO BYO is permitted.
We reserve the right to refund and cancel your booking if the minimum person occupancy has not been paid as outlined by the specific room description.
All advertised rates are per person (based upon a minimum of two adults sharing).
Rates may be subject to change without notice.
Bookings, quotes and requested reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a booking confirmation has been sent or received.
We reserve the right to change the room type or room configuration prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Luggage storage facilities are available for early arrival or late departure, however we take no responsibility for the safety of your belongings at this time.
Dinner service is not available for guests arriving after 7:30pm.
We strongly recommend that guests acquire travel insurance including ski and snowboard insurance prior to arrival.
A 50% deposit payment is required to secure your booking. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit payment has been received. Once the deposit has been received, you will receive an email confirming your booking. Bookings made after June 1 will require payment in full at the time of booking.
Full payment of the remaining balance is required 4 weeks prior to the day of arrival of your booking. When full payment is received, you will receive another confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email following this payment, please call or email to ensure we received the payment. Payment may be made via EFT bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard.
In the event you do not arrive on the day your booking commences, the reservation will be held until 10pm, unless we have been advised of late arrival. At this point, your reservation will be void and the reserved room/s will be re-advertised for sale.
