Our inn is located on 5 acres of land handpicked by the owner for its view and location. Just a mere 500 feet from State Route 39, the main highway that runs through Holmes County, Oak Ridge Inn is close to all that Amish Country has to offer, including two musical theater productions within a five minute drive.

The Inn is all on one level so there is no need to use the stairs or the elevator.
Each room is unique and features a different wood theme.
The average hotel room is 300-350 square feet, while our smallest room is 420 sq. feet. Our largest room, the Presidential Suite, is 750 sq. feet.
Each room has a private patio overlooking miles of unspoiled farmland.
A complete complementary breakfast is available.
It is common for our guests to stay weeks at a time.

Additional note: In order to allow our staff a day of rest, Sunday check-in reservations are only available with stays of 3 nights or more and are unavailable through our online reservation system. Special cases will be considered but must be made by calling and speaking to a staff member.

For 1 room bookings, cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a full refund.
For 2-4 room bookings, cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a full refund.
For bookings with 5 or more rooms, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a full refund.

For all reservations, cancellations made within the reservation’s arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full amount. A full refund will be issued only if we are able to book the room(s).
Cancelations must be made by speaking with a staff member of the Inn. If you are unable to get in touch with a staff member you may leave a message with your cancelation details.
