We are a small locally operated Boutique Hotel located in the middle of Mount Shasta. Drop the car off and walk to all the Mount Shasta has to offer. Across the street is Mt Shasta's oldest restaurant and bar Mike & Tony's, two block down the road is laundry, a natural grocery store Berryville and Mount Shasta's down town shops and restaurants. Lake Siskiyou is just 2.9 miles away. Though our rooms are small we offer an amazing Sealy bed with organic cotton pillows. Organic bathroom amenities and plush towels. Parking right next to your room and all lower level units. Backyard area with games and picnic benches with lounge seating. 24Hr self check-in for easy check in and check out.

- The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 3 days of arrival.

No Smoking
- No smoking of ANY substance is allowed in the room or in front of the room
- Out door smoking permitted at the edge of the property
- $200 fine will be applied to room that shows any evidence of substances being smoked
- No pets of any kind are permitted on the property or in the room
- If any evidence of a pet in a room guest will be charged $300 cleaning fee and be banned from making future reservations at the hotel
- Service animals: Guest must inform the hotel of of any service animal and type of service animal. If evidence that service animal is not in fact a service animal guest will be charged $300 cleaning fee and possible civil suite.
- Use of any type of cooking appliance, excluding Mini Fridge and Microwave, in the room is prohibited and guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee for any food product found in the room (not in garbage) or smell as a result of cooking in the room.
- Check out is at 11:00am. Any check out past 11:00am will be subject to an additional charge. Any late check out past 12:30pm will be charged for an additional day.
- Check in is at 3:00pm. Early check in is based on availability that day. Hotel will alert guest when their room is ready.
