Late Check-out Hour: 11:30 AM
Late Check-out Fees: $25.00
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 11:30 AM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Booking Deposit
50% of the room rate (including taxes) is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% will automatically be withdrawn 60 days prior to arrival. If you book within 60 days of your stay, you will be expected to pay the full amount at the time of booking.Cancellations
If you have to cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee per unit booked.The final deposit will be taken 60 days prior to your arrival. In the unlikely event that you must cancel or shorten your stay with less than 60 days notice, please understand that you will be responsible for the entire stay amount. This also applies to moving your stay to a later date.
Pet Fee
There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night in pet friendly cabins; other charges and cleaning fees may apply if necessary. If you bring a pet into a not pet friendly room please be advised there will be a $100 fee per pet per night. Pets are not permitted in any of the chalets and will not be allowed entry.Terms and Conditions
Activities and Meals
The only meal included in lodging rate is our hot buffet breakfast.We do have a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, and a full bar.
Dinner and lunch reservations are required.

Staff Gratuity
We are not your typical dude ranch. But we work together as a team to make your dream vacation come true!Throughout your stay, a running total of ranch charges minus any retail gift shop purchases will be calculated and added to your pre-tax room rate.
At the end of your stay, a suggested gratuity 15% will be presented and added to this total.
This amount will be split between the ENTIRE Turpin Meadow Ranch team. This total will be shown to you at the end of your stay for approval; we will never charge unless you are completely satisfied with your stay comfortable with the total amount.
Dog Rules
Only certain cabins are dog-friendly, so please let the front desk know if you plan on bringing you four legged friend! Pets are not permitted in chalet buildings.All dogs must be leashed while on property.
All owners must pick up their dogs waste. We do have dog waste stations with bags and a bucket.
Dogs are not allowed in our lodge, restaurant or patio.
Damage and Cleaning
You will be responsible for any damage to Turpin Meadow Ranch property or if additional cleaning services are required.Turpin Meadow Ranch is a 100% non-smoking property
Parking / Cabin - Chalet Access
Guest parking is available on property free of charge.Due to the layout of the Ranch, not all parking is not directly adjacent to your Cabin or Chalet. Luggage carts and guest services assistance will be available to guests during check-in and check-out.
Special assistance is also available to guests who may require assistance getting to and from their Cabin or Chalet.
