- The client can cancel for free up to 10 days before arrival
- The client must pay 50% of the reservation if canceled within 9 to 2 days before arrival
- The client must pay 100% of the reservation if he cancels within 24 hours before arrival
- The client will have to pay the total price if he cancels at any time.
- The customer will have to pay the full price in advance at any time.
Terms and Conditions
All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival
Childrens are not accepted.

Cooking classes
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITYThe activity is directed to adults and minors authorized by their guardian or companion and carried out only within the facilities of the hostel. Likewise, due to the nature of the activity, people under the influence of liquor or psychoactive substances are not allowed and smoking or entering alcoholic beverages is prohibited.1.1 RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISKSI declare that I know and accept the fact that my participation in the cooking class taking place today, implies a series of risks and an imminent danger to said activity, which cannot be completely eliminated, even when there is a high degree of prevention, care, caution, instruction, experience and expertise. With the free, voluntary and spontaneous signature of this document I accept and assume responsibility for all the risks, dangers and possible consequences that my participation in the Cooking Class called: "Cooking as a Colomban" to be held today entails and I exonerate and release the restaurant LOCAL TYPICAL COLOMBIAN FOOD, HOTEL HOSTAL LIFE IS GOOD CARTAGENA S.A.S., THE TRAVEL AGENCY THE EXTRA MILLE TOURS- TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL CONCIERGE SERVICES , HIS OWNERS, PARTNERS OR SHARE HOLDERS AND THE STAFF WHO LEAD THE COOKING CLASS from all civil, contractual and non-contractual liability, for any damage, injury, death, material and moral damage derived from the Culinary activity in which I intend to participate. Likewise, I waive any type of compensation, claim or lawsuit or action for damages, derived from the activities carried out in the cooking class in which he participated today. All of the above are based on articles 15, 16, 1602, 1604 and 1616 of the Colombian Civil Code and other all other Colombian related laws.2. PROTECTION OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATABy accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Participants authorize us to collect, store and use their image and/or voice (including photograph and/or sound or audiovisual recording). By participating in the Activity, the Participant authorizes us to use the photograph(s) uploaded to the class organizer web page and social media accounts during the Activity for commercial advertising purposes. Likewise, the participant is responsible and will hold us harmless for any claim that he/she may receive for the content of the photographs published. According to all the above in a clear and truthful manner, I agree that I have read the terms and conditions for the further development of the activity.
