- To secure your reservation, we require a 20% deposit - rebookable, subject to availability and price difference. Non-refundable. Non-transferrable.
- Remaining Balance is payable in Philippine Peso (Php) at the property upon arrival. Credit card payments not yet available in the property.

Accessibility
- The hotel was designed to cater to guests with special needs - especially those using a wheel chair.
- All rooms have at least a few steps to the entrance.
- The bathrooms do NOT have support handgrips beside the toilet bowl.
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Receptionist will endeavor to resolve the matter.
- Anything that cannot be resolved by the Receptionist will be immediately referred to the Duty Manager.
- As last hotel, we will invite the booking agent to get involved
Force Majeure
- The Philippines does experience typhoons every year. Please take note of the rainy season in the Philippines.
- As we get a few days warning of approaching typhoons, we take precautions to protect the property and the guests.
Liability
- Guests need to take reasonable care of their safety and their belongings.
- The hotel will not take responsibility for guest's belongings if stolen or lost
- At check-in all outstanding balances for the reservation must be settled before the guest can be checked in.
- "Outstanding balance" refers to any unpaid amount on the Booking Invoice - this may include, room(s), meals, airport shuttle, pre-booked dives and pre-booked excursions/tours.
- Where guests are sharing a room, they may request for separate billing on charges incurred while at the hotel.
- At check-out, the guest will be presented with a statement of account of all charges incurred while at the hotel.
- If requested, the guest may request supporting vouchers behind the charge.
- All statements of account must be settled before the guest can check-out.
- We accept cash (Philippine pesos), Gcash, direct or online deposit in Jai-cob's Suites bank account only.
- No pets allowed in the resort
Personal Information
- Personal information obtained from the guest will only be used within the hotel to enhance the guest's stay.
- No personal information will be shared with any third parties except when lawfully requested by a Philippine Government body.
- On Site parking is provided free of charge but at the owner's risk
- The hotel has a guard on night shift.
- At night, the guard roams around the property ensuring the safety of all.
- Infant / children under 4 years old and below is free of charge as long as using the existing mattress.
- Children 5 years old and above is considered adult
