1: Hotel Panacea is a place for rest and spend family time, for this reason is forbiden to shock, annoy and do not respect other guests, to ignore this RENOUNCES the contract of STAY and will be evicted at the time. Guests must behavewith decency and moralitywithin the stablishment, being forbidden to alter the order, bother or disturb other guests, as well as use the room to perform any act or prohibited game by the law.
2: Every person who are stayin in this stablishment is obliged to identify and register in the establishment process of check in beeing responsible for the same rules. When guest are a grup hired previously, your representative will fill registration form or will deliver in advance a list of guests that meets the requirements.
3: Guest accept the check in at 3:00pm and the time to check out 11:00pm. If some guest remains more time, will charged to your card a day most, havingfor his efect maximum tolerance of 60 minutes. If you want to change the departure date, pleace notify reception une day before.
4:The hosting service must be paid totaly before your arraival, and card holder soul be the same under the reservation was made, both names should be the same person. And payments are only with fisical card or cash. (The hotel assumes no responsability for external contracted services)
5: If some guest became sick should notify to reception for a doctor and can be served in your room with extra cost.
6: Any kind of animals are not allowed in the rooms or hotel.
7: The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen values, objects of high cost should be remain in the safe box of guest room.
8: when guest make check out: it has an obligation to leave closed room, doors, windows, water faucets, as well RETURNING THE KEYSOF YOUR ROOM TO THE RECEPTION.
9: ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY GUEST TO OBJECTS, PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE HOTEL, STAINS ON LINENS, TOWELS, SHEETS. PILLOWCASES, FORNITURE, DISHES, PLATES AND CUTLERY LOST OR BROKEN SHALL BE THEIR SOLE RESPONSABILITY AND THEY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THE REPAIR AND/OR FULL PAYMENT THEREOF.
10: ALL EXTRA CHARGES OR SERVICES MUST BE PAY CASH ONLY DUE TO ARE INDEPENDENT AT THE BOOKING OF THE HOSTING OF HOTEL SERVICE
11: In the provition of services by the hotel, there will be no discrimination for reasons of sex preferences, political beliefs, religion, nationality or status.
12: Quiet time, betwen 00:00hrs to 06:00am. Article 18 IT IS PROHIBBITED TO SMOKE INSIDE THE ROOMS ACCORDING TO THE GENERAL LAW OF HEALT OF TOBACCO CONTROL. By no respecting, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A FINE OF $1,000.00 MEXICAN PESOS.
13: The CLEANING OF DISHES IS NOT INCLUDED IN DAILY CLEENING SERVICE , EXTRA COST FOR $150 (MEXICAN PESOS)
THE BREACH OF THIS INTERNAL REGULATION WILL BE THE REASON FOR TERMINATION OF THE HOSTING CONTRACT NO LEGALLIABILITY FOR THE COMPANY.
