Checking in is a simple process. After making your reservation, you will be emailed important self check-in details. Please read the details thoroughly.
Settlers Suites is set in a quiet circle in the historical downtown district of Niagara on the Lake. In order to keep our neighborhood and fellow guests at peace, we ask you to respect the peacefulness of the town and our home. We do live in our home and you may be able to hear other guests and our family periodically. Any excessive noise, aggressive and boisterous behaviour towards our guests or our staff may result in the need to seek alternate accommodations without any compensation. Please respect everyone in our building.
Parking for guests is located on-site and is permitted to one parking spot per room booking. Any additional vehicles will have to be parked elsewhere and must abide by local parking enforcement by-laws.
In order to have our housekeeping done in a timely manner, we ask that you follow our arrival and departure timeframes. Self check-ins can begin no earlier than 3:00PM unless agreed upon and confirmed by our hosts. Please notify our hosts regarding what time you wish to do a self check-in as a courtesy. Check-out can be done between 6:00 AM-11:00 AM.
Breakfasts will be served daily at 9:30 AM. If you require an earlier breakfast, please make a note of that on your reservation. Continental breakfast takeaway packages will be provided in the event of an early morning departure.
Settlers Suites is a non-smoking building. We will allow smoking to be done in the parking lot however waste must be thrown in designated disposal bins. A $300 fine will be charged if smoking inside the building, outside of designated areas or improper waste disposal.
In order to give our guests a relaxing stay, we encourage you to wind down in our home by 10:00PM. When returning from dinner plans, pubs, tours and concerts after this time, please respect the solitude of our home at night and keep voices indoors and outdoors to a whisper.
