We have enhanced some of our policies to give you more flexibility due to the evolving situation, and uncertainties of travel.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling made 3-10 days prior to arrival is subject to a P500.00/room cancellation fee.   
Rescheduling made more than 10 days is free of charge

Rescheduling is valid for up to 1 year and subject to additional charges based on the current season rate. The rate at the time of booking will prevail, but if the schedule changes from weekday to a weekend, the price difference will be collected. 
Once a reservation is made with your new dates, the reservation shall be considered final.
Changes made after this will incur extra charges.If a community quarantine has been implemented in your area, you may keep rescheduling your stay free of charge.

Refunds
If the resort cancels your reservations for reasons outside our control (see force majeure), you are eligible for a refund subject to a cancellation fee of P500.00/room or you may reschedule your stay free of charge for up to 1 year from your intended date
Cancelled reservations for any personal reason is refundable subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your total reservation.
If you’re cancelling your reservation within 2 hours after making a reservation, you are eligible for a full refund subject to bank transfer fee.  

Notes*
Refunds will be made after complete payment and after the bank declares that there is no irregularity in the transaction.
Shortened Stays & No Shows, Partial Cancellations for confirmed bookings are non refundable and can’t be changed into consumables.Camping slots included.
To avoid no shows, you must at least cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date
Cancellation and refund policy don’t apply to reservations made with special promotional and/or discounted rates.
Please be advised that refunds may take 1-2 weeks to process.

Mode of Refund
Your refund will be processed through BDO mobile banking. Our team will contact you to request for additional information (e.g. Account number) to process the refund. Rest assured, any information you provide will be handled discreetly. 

Force Majeure
In the event force majeure/acts of god or conditions beyond the Resort’s control, which include floods, pandemics, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labor disputes or delays of third parties. Also, Kwentong Dagat will not be held liable for failure to carry out arrangements and other obligations due to the same circumstances. In such cases, Kwentong Dagat must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligations or arrangements.A rescheduling (rebooking) or other arrangements may, at the sole discretion of the resort shall be considered without rebooking fee, but subject to availability and within six (6) months from time of booking. The rate at the time of booking will prevail, but if a schedule will be changed from lean period to peak period, the price difference will be collected.
