Cancellations & Reservations Charges.

Flexible Cancellation Rate: Updated 3/15/2024 A 100% deposit is taken at time of booking. 80% of booking is refundable until two (2) weeks prior to reservation; 60% of booking is refundable one (1) week prior to reservation, after which no refund will be issued between 7 days and check-in time. There are no exceptions to this policy. When possible we will attempt to move your reservation to future dates but without guarantee. No-Shows will be charged in full. However, no add-ons will be charged.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies. COVID-19 deaths, injuries, weather, etc. are not considered reasons for exemption.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking, I consent to and verify that I am in compliance with all Terms & Conditions set forth by The Stable Inn LLC. Payment will be processed with the card information provided and now on file for this one time reservation.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. You will receive your ROOM # and ACCESS CARD the day of your arrival when you check-in. Office hours are 3-7pm. If arriving after hours, the check-in envelope will be placed in the after hours drawer in the lobby of the main entrance - the details for your arrival will be communicated and processed by 5pm the day of arrival.

Parking: Park parallel to the inn between the main entrance of the inn and the end of the garage building. If the area is full you are welcome to park behind the garage. Please remove your car by check-out at 11am. If for any reason you need to leave the car parked in the lot please check with us before doing so.

— Late Check-outs: Late check-outs are based on availability and have a service fee: $25 to stay until noon, $35 until 1pm, and 1/2 the room rate to stay until 5pm. —Specific Unit & Floor Location Requests: We are unable to guarantee specific unit or floor location availability other than unit type. We will try, whenever possible, to honor all specific room and floor location requests on a first reservation basis. Stable Inn reserves the right to move reservations with a specific request to another room or floor location but guarantees not to exceed the rate confirmed at time of reservation. --Noise Level: Each room has been sound insulated but we cannot guarantee silence. We kindly ask guests to keep the noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. —Maximum Number of Guests: Each guest room has a maximum number of guests allowed overnight. Exceeding the number of overnight guests quoted on the reservation card, without notification will result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all deposits and payments.— Pets: Are allowed in the designated rooms only, downstairs common area, and on the grounds of the property. We do not allow pets on the 2nd floor or in the kitchens. Violators will be subject to a $500 fine. If a pet is found in a non-pet designated room, you will be asked to leave and your reservation will be forfeited. —Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in any rooms, common spaces or walkways. We ask that you smoke outside of any coverings and dispose of your waste in proper containers. — Damage Policies: You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room(s), inn’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the inn during your stay. The Stable Inn reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge the credit /debit card in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by The Stable Inn as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the motel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. Damage discovered after check-out: Guest Rooms found with waste scattered around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a $500.00 maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.

Damage to room: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the inn property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room or common area. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Damage to linens: Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
