*Reservations made on our website www.theyellowest.mx may be canceled or modified by the client. The cancellation policy is as follows:
*In case the Non-Refundable rate is selected, the policy is as follows:
*In case of cancellation within the established period (Refundable), the refund will be made directly to the same card.
*The price of the first night per room will be charged to your card at the time of reservation.
- The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the price of the first night if he cancels within 7 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the full price of the reservation.,The client will have to pay in advance the price of the first night after making the reservation (refundable rate selected).
*In case the Non-Refundable rate is selected, the policy is as follows:
- The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if he cancels at any time.
- The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation at any time.
*In case of cancellation within the established period (Refundable), the refund will be made directly to the same card.

- Check in: 15:00 hours. Arrivals before hours may apply additional charges.
- Check out: 11:00 hours. Departures after-hours may apply additional charges.
- From the moment of your reservation a charge will be made to the registered card, for the amount of the first night per room. In case the charge cannot be processed by the bank, your reservation will be automatically canceled and the room will be released.
- The charge will be reflected in the name of The Yellow Nest, its abbreviation, PayPal, or according to the payment method selected.
- The published rates DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES: 16% IVA and 3% Lodging Tax. Taxes will be shown separately in the breakdown of your reservation.
- Upon check in, you must pay at the hotel $72.62 pesos per night for Environmental Sanitation Fee.
- If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to your card used to pay the reservation.
- If you cancel or modify your reservation after that period or do No-show, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- We only host adults and children 14 years and older.
