Terms and Conditions
We process credit cards 3 weeks in advance for major holidays, Austin special events and for reservations 3 days and over.
We process credit cards 1 month in advance for booking.com reservations.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: You can check in as late as you want, anytime after 3 pm. Check out is at 11:00am.
CHILDREN: We are happy to take children 16 years and older.
PETS: Well-behaved and quiet pets are welcome, with the exception of the Moonlight Suite, and White Cloud Suite. Please consult us before you book.
BREAKFAST: Continental Style breakfast is set up in your room to eat at your leisure. Upon arrival you will see fresh home-made pastries and organic fruit on the table. In the fridge, are organic milk, OJ, yogurt, granola and half & half. Organic coffee & an assortment of tea are provided.
EXTRA GUESTS: Each room is designed to accommodate 2 people, but we do have extra comfortable beds. So if you are bringing a third guest, there is an extra $35 charge per night. Let us know upon booking.
VISITORS: The grounds are specifically set up for the privacy and peace of our registered guests only. Talk with us beforehand if you would like to have a visitor.
SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside only, on your private deck or patio adjacent to your room, but not at the pool or hot tub, where there may be other guests.
PARKING: There is ample free parking adjacent to each room.
TAXES: Since we are outside of Austin City Limits, our hotel tax is only 6%.
QUIET HOURS & MUSIC: In respect to the peace of the other guests, we ask that headphones be used for your personal musical enjoyment in the shared areas, and that a quieter time is observed after 10:00pm. in the shared areas.
