We look forward to welcoming you to our family. By making this booking, you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below. 

Prices The price includes accommodation and VAT. 

Tourist Taxes (2.20 per person per night) are not included in the price and need to be paid in cash during check-in

Pets Please contact us if you would like to bring your pet.   

Acceptance of Children We welcome children of all ages. 

Breakfast is not included in the price. You have the option to enjoy breakfast in our hotel (200m from the guesthouse) for a supplement of 30 euros per person per breakfast. Please let us know in advance.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit: A 100% deposit is required before your reservation can be confirmed as a booking. Deposits can be paid by credit card, Bank transfer or PayPal. All bookings are confirmed by email.   

Non-availability of Accommodation We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation.  If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. 

Arrival Your accommodation will be available to you from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement. At certain times of the day we cannot guarantee to be in the house when you arrive, however we will not be far away.  Please telephone us and someone will let you in. It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (an email the day before arrival is fine).   

Late arrival procedure Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving late, and your new estimated time of arrival.   

Room Vacation Please vacate your room by 10.00am, unless otherwise arranged. The room will be ready for re-occupation from 16.00pm, unless otherwise arranged. You are able to store your luggage in our house after check out and collect it on a later agreed time.

Damages and Breakages Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. 

Liability We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Cancellation By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is refundable 30 days before your day of arrival.
If you need to cancel or change your dates please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 30 days before your booked stay we will fully refund your deposit.  For cancellations made after this time, or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. We will exercise this right at our discretion.

If you need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible, without loss of your original deposit.  Please contact us to find a solution.

Privacy Policy Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s).  With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party.
