Security hold is $200 for the full stay in all our categories except our Penthouse Suites, which is $300. Security Hold is by Credit Card and the hold will be released after the room has been inspected upon departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited; smoking in non-designated smoking areas within the hotel's premises will be considered a violation of this rule and may merit a $500.00 fine. Our smoking area is located on the Social Club outdoor terrace.

Mini Bar available at extra cost provided in the room. Items consumed during the stay will be charge daily or at the end of the stay in the check out with credit card provided at the time of check in. If you want to use a different method of payment please let us at the time of check in.

Parking
Parking has a cost of $25 daily. The hotel is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. If a problem occurs with a vehicle in the hotel car lot, the hotel cannot accept any liability with the vehicle. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car lot for more than 8 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owner's expense.

As a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by our manager on duty, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the manager on duty, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guests' actions. The police may become involved at the hotel, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.
Lost / Damaged Property

If we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we can not locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed with the guest departure it will be disposed of by the hotel.

Film and Photography Policy
Commercial Photography and Video shoot is not permitted at Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences without the express written permission from the hotel management.
Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences does not allow any area of its hotel property to be used for professional or commercial photography or videography (including but not limited to Wedding, Engagement, Corporate, Portraits, Advertising Photography, and Model/Fashion shoots, Instagram, TikTok, Only Fans, Music Videos). If you book a suite at our property, this does not mean that the room is a private location for your photography or videography.
Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their own personal use. All photographs and videos should be taken from public viewing areas and must be taken with a phone or hand-held camera (Non-Professional Equipment). Camera or video equipment that could potentially impede foot traffic such as tripods, monopods, lighting setups, large reflectors, and staging shots are expressly forbidden.
Any unauthorized professional photographers/videographers who are not guests of the hotel will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately.
Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and/ or video of the hotel and related property. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. All Trademarks, marks, logos, images, artwork, and facilities are the sole property of Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences and may not be used, reproduced, displayed, or distributed without written consent.
