Mini Bar available at extra cost provided in the room. Items consumed during the stay will be charge daily or at the end of the stay in the check out with credit card provided at the time of check in. If you want to use a different method of payment please let us at the time of check in.
Parking has a cost of $25 daily. The hotel is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. If a problem occurs with a vehicle in the hotel car lot, the hotel cannot accept any liability with the vehicle. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car lot for more than 8 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owner's expense.
Early Check-In is available upon availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If available, Early Check-In charge will apply for a half day before 4pm.
Late Check-Out
Late Check-Out is available upon availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Late Check-Out charge of $75.00 until 2pm. A charge of a full night stay will apply after 3pm.
Age Requirement
Guests must be 18 years or older to Check-In. Children of all ages are welcome to stay at our property with an accompanying adult.
Photo Identification
All guests are requested to provide a Government Approved Photo I.D. or Valid Passport upon arrival.

Damage to hotel property
Hotel property may be visually inspected by our staff and if so determined, guests may be charged for the repair and/or replacement of damaged or missing equipment, furniture and/or artwork that occurred during their stay. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel property or structure.
It is the hotel's policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by our manager on duty, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the manager on duty, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guests' actions. The police may become involved at the hotel, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.
Lost / Damaged Property
Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences is not responsible for any lost / missing item after guests departure. If we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we can not locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed with the guest departure it will be disposed of by the hotel.
We only allow well-mannered pet dogs on property. The maximum number of pets allowed in one suite is two with a pet fee of $75 daily. Pets must be kept on a leash, harness, or similar device always while in public areas. Damages made by pets are the full responsibility of their owners and charges will be placed on your room bill.
Service animals are excluded from our pet policy. They will not be charged the $75 daily pet fee as required by law. Service dogs following ADA guidelines are welcome to enter any area of the hotel that a regular guest is allowed. However, damages made by service dogs are the full responsibility of their owners and charges will be placed on your room bill.
