- PLEASE NOTE: There is a city tourist tax of 2 EUR, per person, per night, for up to 7 days. This tax is not included in the given price and will be added to your balance at check in.
Payment & Terms of Check-In/Check-Out
- We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards as methods of payment at check in
- We require a 10 EUR cash security deposit, the deposit is returned at check-out, if no problems occur;
- We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel after this time, you will be charged for the first night of your reservation
- All cancellations must be made by email and sent to urbangardenhostel@gmail.com
- Check in begins at 3:00 PM
- Check out is at 11:00 AM
Traveling with Minors
- All guests must be 18 years of age or older to stay at Urban Garden Hostel.

- There is public, metered, street parking available in front of our hostel.
- There are also numerous parking garages within a 5 minute walk from the hostel.\
