Terms and Conditions

  1. Commencement of stay in the hotel is equivalent to acceptance of these rules and regulations.
  2. Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days. A hotel day starts from 14:00 and ends at 12:00 on the following day. Should a guest fail to check out within the specified timeframe, they will be charged for late checkout or for accommodation for the following day.
  3. The hotel can accommodate only a duly registered guest. For this purpose, the guest must present their proof of identity (valid ID card or passport) upon arrival for completion of the check-in process.
  4. Accommodation at the hotel is permitted only to individuals not suffering from any infectious diseases and not demonstrating signs of alcohol or drug use.
  5. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest’s credit card upon check-in or collect a fee for the entire stay in the form of a cash deposit.
  6. Room keycards should be returned to the front desk at checkout. Loss of a keycard is subject to an extra charge of THB 300. Please show your room keycard when you sign for any bills in the hotel’s restaurants, bars, or any other facilities.
  7. Guests may not hand the room over to other persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
  8. Guests who wish to have a joiner will be charged THB 1,000 per person per hotel day.
  9. Hotel guests bear financial liability for damaging or destroying the hotel's equipment or technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors, or any person for whom they are responsible.
  10. Management is not liable for loss of personal property. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables in an in-room safe. Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your room.
  11. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking inside hotel rooms is strictly prohibited, with a THB 5,000 penalty per offence applied for forbidden smoking. Guests are encouraged to notify front desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odours. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. 
  12. Candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporising etc) are prohibited.  These items and activities will be treated as smoking.
  13. As a fire safety measure, any electrical appliances such as cooking equipment, electric irons and other similar devices that are not a part of the hotel room equipment are not to be used inside the room.  Please review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of the room door and locate the emergency exits on your floor promptly upon your arrival.
  14. Except in emergency situations, please refrain from using the emergency staircases, going up to the roof or entering areas where there is machinery, areas where hotel property is stored or other areas where guests and visitors are not permitted.
  15. Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended.
  16. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the hotel, and do not hang any items or objects whatsoever from the windows of your guestroom. Installation of any foreign item to the guestroom or any part of the building is prohibited.Ø  A bathrobe and slippers have been provided for your use in your guestroom. Please refrain from going out of your room in the bathrobe or slippers.
  17. Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after midnight.
  18. Only hotel food and beverages are to be consumed on the hotel premises.
  19. Unclaimed articles, whether valuable or non-valuable, shall be held for 14 days (including the day the item was found) unless otherwise specified. Any article unclaimed after this period shall be discarded, in accordance with the law. Perishable items will be discarded immediately.
  20. The hotel housekeeper, the front office manager, the General manager, or the maintenance staff may enter an occupied hotel room in the event of an announced technical malfunction in the room.
  21. Before or at designated checkout time, please allow our housekeeping staff to check your room. Missing items from the room will be charged to the guest’s account. Items on loan from the front desk shall be returned upon checkout to avoid a replacement charge to the guest account.
  22. Commercial and non-commercial articles and/or materials are not to be advertised or distributed in the hotel.
  23. Please be reminded that unauthorized publication for business purposes of photographs/videos taken on the premises of the Hotel may be subject to legal action.
  24. The hotel may refuse to accept guests who grossly violate the hotel rules and regulations by damaging hotel or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel, or who in any other way violate the stay of other guests or the functioning of the hotel.
  25. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are all strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
  26. Guests are requested to observe, abide by, conform to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force.
  27. Passa Hotel is a No Drugs and No Sex Trading Zone. Anything that involves drugs or sex trading, or anything related, is not the hotel’s responsibility, and should anything of this nature be discovered on the premises the hotel management will inform and provide full support to law enforcement officials.
